Турбина, включающая ветроколесо, генератор, опоры, центральные оси вращения, турбину с рабочими лопастями, механизмы снятия энергии вращения, стабилизаторы ориентации по потоку, отличающаяся тем, что турбина для преобразования силы потока двух сред в энергию вращения, выполненная, как вариант - цилиндр, снабжена размещаемыми, по внешней своей поверхности в нишах со сменными элементами, содержащие эластичные лопатки в виде «карманов» или откидные, жесткие лопатки, в таких же сменных элементах, расположенных в поперечный ряд или в шахматном порядке против потока среды. ! 2. Турбина для преобразования силы потока двух сред в энергию вращения, как генератор по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что он выполнен в соответствующей объемной форме с конструктивной возможностью самонаполнения потоком среды при любом положении оси вращения к направлению потока. ! 3. Турбина для преобразования силы потока двух сред в энергию вращения по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что внутри цилиндрического генератора для воздушной среды по внутренней стенке, размещены постоянные магниты, а в центре установлен неподвижный блок обмотки, создающие индукцию электрического тока. ! 4.
