Abstract

1. Способ полимеризации одного или нескольких способных к полиприсоединению мономеров с образованием композиции полимеров, включающий приведение в контакт способного к полиприсоединению мономера или смеси мономеров в реакторе или зоне реактора с композицией, включающей по крайней мере один катализатор полимеризации и сокатализатор, в условиях полимеризации, отличающийся тем, что по крайней мере часть указанной полимеризации проводят в присутствии передающего по принципу челнока агента с множеством центров, имеющим следующую формулу: ! (M')mA, ! где M' представляет собой передающий участок цепи; ! А представляет собой линкерную группу, которая является органической группой; и ! m представляет собой целое число от 2 до 6, ! что приводит к образованию композиции, имеющей расширенное молекулярно-массовое распределение. ! 2. Композиция олефиновых сополимеров, имеющая бимодальное молекулярно-массовое распределение со средней молекулярной массой компонента с более высокой молекулярной массой, превышающей приблизительно в кратное целому числу раз среднюю молекулярную массу комнонента с более низкой молекулярной массой. ! 3. Смесь полимеров, включающая (1) органический или неорганический полимер, предпочтительно гомополимер этилена, сополимер этилена и способного к сополимеризации сомономера или гомополимер пропилена; и (2) композицию полимеров по п.2 или композицию полимеров, полученную способом по п.1. ! 4. Claims (9)

1. Способ полимеризации одного или нескольких способных к полиприсоединению мономеров с образованием композиции полимеров, включающий приведение в контакт способного к полиприсоединению мономера или смеси мономеров в реакторе или зоне реактора с композицией, включающей по крайней мере один катализатор полимеризации и сокатализатор, в условиях полимеризации, отличающийся тем, что по крайней мере часть указанной полимеризации проводят в присутствии передающего по принципу челнока агента с множеством центров, имеющим следующую формулу:

где M' представляет собой передающий участок цепи;
А представляет собой линкерную группу, которая является органической группой; и
m представляет собой целое число от 2 до 6,
что приводит к образованию композиции, имеющей расширенное молекулярно-массовое распределение.
2. Композиция олефиновых сополимеров, имеющая бимодальное молекулярно-массовое распределение со средней молекулярной массой компонента с более высокой молекулярной массой, превышающей приблизительно в кратное целому числу раз среднюю молекулярную массу комнонента с более низкой молекулярной массой.
3. Смесь полимеров, включающая (1) органический или неорганический полимер, предпочтительно гомополимер этилена, сополимер этилена и способного к сополимеризации сомономера или гомополимер пропилена; и (2) композицию полимеров по п.2 или композицию полимеров, полученную способом по п.1.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор включает комплекс металла, соответствующий формуле

где R11 выбирают из алкила, циклоалкила, гетероалкила, циклогетероалкила, арила и их инертно замещенных производных, содержащих от 1 до 30 атомов, не являющихся атомами водорода, или их двухвалентного производного;
Т1 представляет собой двухвалентную мостиковую группу, содержащую от 1 до 41 атомов, отличных от атомов водорода, предпочтительно от 1 до 20 атомов, отличных от атомов водорода, и наиболее предпочтительно метиленовую группу или кремневодород, замещенные одной или двумя С1-20 углеводородной группами; и
R12 представляет собой С5-20 гетероарильную группу, содержащую функциональную группу основания Льюиса, в частности пиридин-2-ильную или замещенную пиридин-2-ильную группу или их двухвалентное производное;
М1 представляет собой металл 4 группы, предпочтительно гафний;
Х1 представляет собой анионную, нейтральную или дианионную лигандную группу;
x' представляет собой число от 0 до 5, указывающее на число групп Х1; и
связи, необязательные связи и притяжения передаваемых электронов представлены линиями, пунктирными линиями и стрелками, соответственно, или

5. Способ по п.1 или 4, отличающийся получением композиции полимеров по п.2 или получением смеси полимеров по п.3.
6. Способ получения α,ω-дифункционализированного полимера, включающий:
а) приведение в контакт способного к полиприсоединению мономера или смеси мономеров в реакторе или зоне реактора с композицией, включающей по крайней мере один катализатор полимеризации и сокатализатор, в условиях полимеризации в присутствии передающего по принципу челнока агента с двумя центрами, способного переносить содержащие металлические центры участки на оба конца растущей цепи полимера;
b) извлечение полимера, замещенного на обоих концах содержащими металлические центры участки; и
с) замену концевых участков, содержащих металлические центры, желаемой функциональной группой.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором мономер или смесь мономеров включает один или несколько С2-20 α-олефинов.
8. Способ по п.6, в котором этилен гомополимеризуется с получением полимера с Mw от 500 до 10000.
9. Способ по любому из пп.6-8, в котором замену осуществляют с помощью реакции окисления или замещения, а получаемым в результате продуктом является дигидроксил- или дивинил-функционализированный полимер.
