Abstract
1. Композиционный материал на основе субоксида бора, включающий измельченный или гранулированный субоксид бора, распределенный в связывающей фазе, включающей MxByOz, в которой ! М обозначает металл; ! Х равно от 4 до 18; ! Y равно от 2 до 4; ! Z равно от 9 до 33. ! 2. Композиционный материал по п.1, в котором металл выбран из группы, включающей алюминий, цирконий, титан, магний и галлий. ! 3. Композиционный материал по п.1 или 2, в котором металлом является алюминий. ! 4. Композиционный материал по п.1, в котором субоксид бора составляет более 70 мас.% от массы композиционного материала и связывающая фаза составляет менее 30% от массы композиционного материала. ! 5. Композиционный материал по п.4, в котором субоксид бора составляет от примерно 85 до примерно 97 мас.% от массы композиционного материала и связывающая фаза составляет от примерно 3 до примерно 15% от массы композиционного материала, ! 6. Композиционный материал по п.1, который обладает ударной вязкостью, равной более примерно 2,5 МПа·м0,5. ! 7. Claims (13)
1. Композиционный материал на основе субоксида бора, включающий измельченный или гранулированный субоксид бора, распределенный в связывающей фазе, включающей MxByOz, в которой
М обозначает металл;
Х равно от 4 до 18;
Y равно от 2 до 4;
Z равно от 9 до 33.
2. Композиционный материал по п.1, в котором металл выбран из группы, включающей алюминий, цирконий, титан, магний и галлий.
3. Композиционный материал по п.1 или 2, в котором металлом является алюминий.
4. Композиционный материал по п.1, в котором субоксид бора составляет более 70 мас.% от массы композиционного материала и связывающая фаза составляет менее 30% от массы композиционного материала.
5. Композиционный материал по п.4, в котором субоксид бора составляет от примерно 85 до примерно 97 мас.% от массы композиционного материала и связывающая фаза составляет от примерно 3 до примерно 15% от массы композиционного материала,
6. Композиционный материал по п.1, который обладает ударной вязкостью, равной более примерно 2,5 МПа·м0,5.

12. Способ по п.7, в котором спекание покрытых металлов частиц субоксида бора проводят с использованием горячего пресса при температуре, равной более примерно 1600°С, и при давлении, равном менее примерно 300 МПа.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором спекание проводят при температуре, равной примерно 1900°С, и при давлении, равном примерно 50 МПа.
