Abstract
Устройство для сбора и удаления выделяющихся газов из алюминиевого электролизера с обожженными анодами, оснащенного системой автоматической подачи сырья с пробойниками, содержащее балку-коллектор с верхним и нижним поясами жесткости и вертикальными двойными стенками, между которыми в верхней части балки-коллектора вдоль вертикальных стенок образованы газоходные каналы переменного сечения, высота которых возрастает к торцу балки-коллектора, соединенному с системой газоочистки, отличающееся тем, что между вертикальными стенками балки-коллектора, между пробойниками, установлены пластины с образованием постепенно сужающихся вверх входных каналов, снабженных на входе в газоходный канал обтекателями, выполненными с уменьшением высоты их поперечного сечения к торцу балки-коллектора, соединенному с системой газоочистки, кроме того, вертикальные двойные стенки газоходного канала соединены между собой поперечной пластиной, в которой выполнены отверстия, при этом в торце балки-коллектора, соединенном с системой газоочистки, газоходные каналы объединены с образованием выходного канала, площадь поперечного сечения которого не менее суммы максимальных площадей поперечного сечения газоходных каналов, а в торце балки-коллектора, противоположном торцу, соединенному с системой газоочистки, газоходные каналы объединены между собой с помощью дополнительно установленных пластин с образованием всасывающего отверстия для газов над зоной забора металла.A device for collecting and removing released gases from an aluminum electrolytic cell with calcined anodes, equipped with an automatic feed system with punches, comprising a collector beam with upper and lower stiffening belts and vertical double walls, between which gas ducts are formed along the vertical walls in the upper part of the collector beam channels of variable cross section, the height of which increases to the end of the beam-collector connected to the gas treatment system, characterized in that between the vertical walls of the balconies of the i-collector, between the punches, plates are installed with the formation of input channels gradually tapering upwards, equipped with fairings at the entrance to the gas duct, made to reduce the height of their cross section to the end of the collector beam connected to the gas cleaning system, in addition, vertical double walls of the gas duct the channels are interconnected by a transverse plate in which the holes are made, while at the end of the collector beam connected to the gas cleaning system, the gas ducts are combined to form the passage channel, the cross-sectional area of which is not less than the sum of the maximum cross-sectional areas of the gas ducts, and in the end of the collector beam opposite the end connected to the gas cleaning system, the gas ducts are interconnected using additionally installed plates with the formation of a suction hole for gases above the zone metal fence.
