Abstract
1. Фармацевтическая композиция, обладающая противоаллергической, антианафилактической и противовоспалительной активностью, включающая N-ацильные производные аминокислот общей формулы (I) ! ! где n равно 2 или 3; и ! R представляет ! ! при условии, что соединение общей формулы (I) не является сукцинил-L-триптофаном, сукцинил-D-триптофаном, сукцинил-D,L-триптофаном и его дикалиевой солью, или их фармацевтически приемлемые соли в эффективном количестве и фармацевтически приемлемые добавки. ! 2. Фармацевтическая композиция для регулирования содержания эозинофилов, нейтрофилов и лимфоцитов, включающая N-ацильные производные аминокислот общей формулы (I) ! ! где n равно 2 или 3; и ! R представляет ! , ! или их фармацевтически приемлемые соли в эффективном количестве и фармацевтически приемлемые добавки. ! 3. Применение N-ацильных производных аминокислот, определенных в п.1, или их фармацевтически приемлемых солей в качестве средств, обладающих противоаллергической, антианафилактической и противовоспалительной активностью. ! 4. Применение по п.3 N-ацильных производных аминокислот в качестве средств, обладающих способностью снижать антигензависимую секрецию гистамина и дегрануляцию базофилов. ! 5. Применение по п.3 N-ацильных производных аминокислот в качестве средств, способных устранять признаки бронхиальной астмы и псориаза. ! 6. Применение N-ацильных производных аминокислот общей формулы (I) ! ! где n равно 2 или 3; и ! R представляет ! , ! или их фармацевтически приемлемых солей в качестве средств, способных регулировать содержание эозинофилов, нейтрофилов и лимфоцитов. ! 7.
