Abstract
1. Система для соединения непрозрачных частей (1, 2) посредством отверждаемого за счет электромагнитного излучения клеящего вещества, отличающаяся тем, что включает в себя, по меньшей мере, один, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3), который выполнен с возможностью введения между подлежащими соединению друг с другом частями (1, 2) таким образом, что введенное в элемент (3) электромагнитное излучение инициирует отверждение нанесенного на элемент (3) и/или на непрозрачную часть (1, 2) слоя клеящего вещества. ! 2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) выполнен в виде диска, а клеящее вещество нанесено на него по плоскости. ! 3. Система по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) имеет две плоскопараллельные поверхности, которые склеены с соответствующей непрозрачной частью (1, 2). ! 4. Система по п.2 или 3, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) изготовлен из металла, который отклоняет или рассеивает, по меньшей мере, часть вводимого сбоку в упомянутый элемент излучения в направлении нанесенного на элемент (3) и/или на непрозрачную часть (1, 2) слоя клеящего вещества. ! 5. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) изготовлен из стекла или полимерного материала, в частности поликарбоната или полиметилметакрилата. ! 6. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) снабжен отверстиями, выемками или проемами (9). ! 7. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, одна из подлежащих соединению друг с другом частей (1) имеет выступы (10), а, по меньше
Claims (21)
1. Система для соединения непрозрачных частей (1, 2) посредством отверждаемого за счет электромагнитного излучения клеящего вещества, отличающаяся тем, что включает в себя, по меньшей мере, один, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3), который выполнен с возможностью введения между подлежащими соединению друг с другом частями (1, 2) таким образом, что введенное в элемент (3) электромагнитное излучение инициирует отверждение нанесенного на элемент (3) и/или на непрозрачную часть (1, 2) слоя клеящего вещества.
2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) выполнен в виде диска, а клеящее вещество нанесено на него по плоскости.
3. Система по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) имеет две плоскопараллельные поверхности, которые склеены с соответствующей непрозрачной частью (1, 2).
4. Система по п.2 или 3, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) изготовлен из металла, который отклоняет или рассеивает, по меньшей мере, часть вводимого сбоку в упомянутый элемент излучения в направлении нанесенного на элемент (3) и/или на непрозрачную часть (1, 2) слоя клеящего вещества.
5. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) изготовлен из стекла или полимерного материала, в частности поликарбоната или полиметилметакрилата.
6. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) снабжен отверстиями, выемками или проемами (9).
7. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, одна из подлежащих соединению друг с другом частей (1) имеет выступы (10), а, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) снабжен расположенными соответственно выступам (10) проемами (9), в которые входят выступы в соединенном состоянии частей (1, 2).
8. Система по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что выступы (10) расположены на одной из двух подлежащих соединению друг с другом частей (1), причем выступы (10) являются более высокими, чем, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3), и служат в качестве опоры или упора для другой непрозрачной части (2).
9. Система по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что выступы (10) имеют расположенные по бокам поверхности (11), которые выполнены таким образом, что они отклоняют или рассеивают, по меньшей мере, часть введенного в, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) излучения в направлении нанесенного по плоскости на элемент и/или на непрозрачную часть (1, 2) слоя клеящего вещества.
10. Система по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) и/или непрозрачная часть (1, 2) снабжена выемками (13), которые выполнены для приема избыточного клеящего вещества.
11. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что включает в себя, по меньшей мере, один источник (7) излучения, посредством которого инициирующее отверждение клеящего вещества вводится в, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3).
12. Система по п.11, отличающаяся тем, что источник (7) излучения включает в себя несколько светодиодов.
13. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что включает в себя средства (4, 4а) для ориентирования одной непрозрачной части (2) напротив другой непрозрачной части (1).
14. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что одна из непрозрачных частей представляет собой выполненную с возможностью установки на зажимном патроне (6) платформу (1).
15. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что одна из непрозрачных частей представляет собой инструмент (2) или заготовку.
16. Способ для соединения непрозрачных частей (1, 2) посредством отверждаемого за счет облучения клеящего вещества, отличающийся тем, что между обеими подлежащими соединению частями (1, 2) вводят, по меньшей мере, один, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) и инициируют отверждение нанесенного для соединения частей (1, 2) слоя клеящего вещества за счет введения инициирующего отверждение излучения в прозрачный элемент (3).
17. Способ по п.16, отличающийся тем, что слой клеящего вещества наносят на, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) и/или на подлежащую соединению с ним часть (1,2), и что после этого слой клеящего вещества отверждают посредством введения в слой клеящего вещества инициирующего отверждение клеящего вещества излучения через прозрачный элемент (3).
18. Способ по п.16 или 17, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) сначала склеивают с первой непрозрачной частью (1), и что после этого слой клеящего вещества наносят на вторую непрозрачную часть (2) и/или на, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) и инициируют отверждение слоя клеящего вещества в результате введения электромагнитного излучения в, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3).
19. Способ по п.16, отличающийся тем, что подлежащие соединению друг с другом непрозрачные части (1,2) перед введением инициирующего отверждение клеящего вещества излучения ориентируют точно по позиции относительно друг друга.
20. Способ по п.16, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) посредством первого слоя клеящего вещества соединяют с первой непрозрачной частью (1), а посредством второго слоя клеящего вещества соединяют со второй непрозрачной частью (2), причем, по меньшей мере, один из двух слоев клеящего вещества нагружают излучением через, по меньшей мере, частично прозрачный элемент (3) лишь тогда, когда обе подлежащие соединению друг с другом части (1, 2) ориентированы точно по позиции относительно друг друга.
21. Применение системы по п.1 для фиксации точно по позиции инструмента (2) или заготовки на платформе (1), которая установлена на зажимном устройстве.
