Способ диагностики функционального состояния сердечно-сосудистой системы у больных сахарным диабетом, включающий анализ и регистрацию биопотенциалов сердца, измерение артериального давления и степени насыщения крови кислородом, отличающийся тем, что регистрация биопотенциалов сердца проводится одновременно с определением уровня глюкозы в крови посредством подкожного введения сенсора в область живота, измерением артериального давления и степени насыщения крови кислородом, причем выраженность и частота ишемии миокарда сопоставляется с изменениями параметров артериального давления, уровня глюкозы и степени насыщения крови кислородом. ! 2. Система для реализации способа диагностики функционального состояния сердечно-сосудистой системы, содержащая измеритель биопотенциалов сердца, измеритель артериального давления и степени насыщения крови кислородом, многоканальный аналого-цифровой преобразователь, микроконтроллер, долговременное запоминающее устройство, первый адаптер внешнего интерфейса, таймер, устройство анализа данных, содержащее электронно-вычислительную машину, устройство отображения графической информации, второй адаптер внешнего интерфейса, системную интерфейсную магистраль, отличающаяся тем, что система дополнительно оснащена измерителем уровня глюкозы в крови, состоящий из сенсора для подкожного введения, датчика регистрации уровня глюкозы, выход данных которого подключен к микроконтроллеру.1.
