Abstract
1. Устройство для ведения восстановительной плавки, содержащее плавильную емкость, по меньшей мере один электродный узел, состоящий из двух коаксиально расположенных электродов - наружного и внутреннего, причем наружный электрод выполнен полым, отличающееся тем, что наружный полый электрод выполнен самоспекающимся, в виде двух коаксиальных труб, зазор между которыми заполнен компонентами шихты и токопроводящей самоспекающейся массой. ! 2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что внутренний электрод выполнен самоспекающимся, в виде трубы с полостью, заполненной токопроводящей самоспекающейся массой. ! 3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что компоненты шихты расположены в зазоре между двух коаксиальных труб, образующих наружный электрод, в виде трубы, коаксиальной с наружным электродом. ! 4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что зазор между двух коаксиальных труб, образующих наружный электрод, заполнен смесью компонентов шихты и токопроводящей самоспекающейся массы. ! 5. Способ ведения восстановительной плавки, включающий размещение в плавильной емкости по меньшей мере одного электродного узла, загрузку переплавляемого материала, подачу газа, подачу напряжения на электроды, зажигание электрической дуги, установку электродов в рабочее положение, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения к.п.д. устройства и снижения расхода восстановителя, в процессе плавки компоненты шихты подают совместно с токопроводящей самоспекающейся массой в зазор между двух коаксиальных труб, образующих наружный самоспекающийся электрод электродного узла, и/или компоненты шихты подают в полость между наружным и внутренним элек� 1.
