Abstract
1. A method of manufacturing a pharmacologically acceptable mixture of substances having immunostimulating activity, where the mixture of substances includes three main components: two "antenna" - β-N-acetyl-D-glucosaminyl- (1 → 4) -N-acetyl-D-muramoyl- (L-alanyl-D-isoglutaminyl-meso-diaminopimelic acid) (GMtree) and β-N-acetyl-D-glucosaminyl- (1 → 4) -N-acetyl-D-muramoyl- (L-alanyl-D-isoglutaminyl -meso-diaminopimeloyl-D-alanine) (GMtetra), as well as a “crosslinked” fragment, which is a dimer of GMetter (diGMtetra), in which the connection between the monomeric residues of the GMetter carried out is due to the carboxyl group of the terminal D-alanine of one GMtetra residue and the ω-amino group of the mesodiaminopimelic acid of the other GMtetra, and the tetrapetidic residues connected between the failure are located in different polysaccharide chains, including the preparation of biomass containing substances of a bacterial nature, the isolation of PKC bacteria, cleavage insoluble PCB by preparative enzymatic hydrolysis using lysozyme and a buffered aqueous solution and the allocation of a pharmacologically acceptable mixture of substances, where Gram-negative bacteria were used as substances of a bacterial nature, while the isolation of PKC is carried out by extraction, the insoluble PKC is cleaved with the simultaneous removal of a pharmacologically acceptable mixture of substances from the reaction mixture by dialysis, followed by lyophilization of a solution of low molecular weight enzymatic cleavage of PKC, and buffer buffer is used as a buffer solution an aqueous solution of lyophilized or non-lyophilized components at pH 4.5-8.9, and for the isolation of BP
