Description

 The invention relates to medicine, namely to a therapeutic agent with antihemorrhoid action.

 The aim of the invention is to expand the spectrum of action due to analgesic activity and reduce treatment time.

The goal is achieved by the fact that the product contains grass, ordinary clover, meadow clover flowers, chamomile flowers, ivy budweed grass, sweet clover grass, St. John's wort grass, marigold flowers, large plantain leaf, medicinal sage grass, ordinary yarrow grass, moss grass , tansy flowers, goose grass, goat oak bark, fatty base - internal pork fat - in the following ratio of components, wt. hours:

A method of using said agent having antihemorrhoidal, analgesic and antispasmodic action in the form of an ointment administered during hemorrhoids and fissures in the rectum.

 The known use of "summer oak bark" externally for prolapse of the colon (sessile baths) cannot be considered as a prototype, since the drug is not used as an ointment.

 The well-known use in treating the symptoms of hemorrhoids is grass of common gooseberry, goose cinquefoil, the color of common tansy suggests taking each of these herbs individually inside as a decoction and cannot be considered as a proptotype.

 Known anti-inflammatory and hemostatic effect for hemorrhoids, containing 1 part of flaxseed flowers, 1 part of oak bark, 1 part of water pepper and 12 parts of lard. This tool is taken as a prototype.

 The aim of the invention is to expand the spectrum of action due to analgesic activity and reduce treatment time.

 The proposed tool is a biologically active compound obtained by mixing components with known anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic, etc. properties, taken in ratios that provide the necessary therapeutic effect, when used in the form of an ointment.

 An analysis of the known medical indications and effects of each of the components showed that their use singly or in an arbitrary combination does not unambiguously lead to the expected therapeutic effect in the treatment of hemorrhoid symptoms.

 It was experimentally established that the claimed composition of the components, each of which potentiates the effect of the other, in the indicated quantitative ratios ensures the achievement of a synergistic effect. Thus, in comparison with the individual components, their mixture has new properties leading to a positive effect, which allows us to conclude that the claimed substance meets the criterion of "significant differences".

 For experimental verification of the claimed composition, ointments with various component contents were made according to the following technology: 40 g of the mixture was grinded in a coffee grinder to a pulverized particle size, then mixed with 160 g of pre-melted internal pork fat, the mixture was kept for 4 hours in a water bath, periodically mixing. During cooling, constant stirring is required to prevent powder settling.

 With hemorrhoids, the ointment is applied in a thin layer or lightly rubbed onto the outer opening of the rectum, and then inserted into the rectum. The procedure is repeated 2-3 times a day. The positive effect of treatment is determined by external signs and by fecal occult blood tests, the presence of red blood cells and white blood cells.

 PRI me R 1. Patient T., 50 years old. Within 5 years, spastic colitis was observed, accompanied by constipation and a sharp spasm of the rectal sphincter. Often exacerbated hemorrhoids. Exacerbations were accompanied by sharp pains, prolapse of hemorrhoidal "cones" (veins), bleeding due to the formation of cracks. Worried about excruciating pains and itching. Mixture 1 was prescribed (see table), the use of ointment for a month, although it alleviated pain and itching in the anus, but there was constant slight bleeding, difficulty in the act of defecation and hemorrhoidal "bumps" did not fall. A mixture of 2 was prepared and applied (see table). Two weeks after the introduction of the ointment into the rectum, there was a significant improvement: the pain, itching, and bleeding completely disappeared. The bowel movement became regular and free. Hemorrhoidal nodes decreased, seals resolved.

 PRI me R 2. Patient K., 40 years. As a result of spastic colitis, hemorrhoids developed with severe pain, bleeding, and itching. An ointment of composition 3 was prescribed (see table). 7 days after the start of the administration of the ointment, there was a significant improvement, the pain, itching and bleeding disappeared. The chair has become regular and free. Further use of the ointment prevented exacerbation.

 PRI me R 3. Patient V., 60 years. For 7 years, frequent loss of hemorrhoidal nodes was worried, which was accompanied by their compaction, sharp pains, difficulty in defecation, and disability. Assigned ointment composition 3 (see table). After 5 days of applying the ointment, improvement began. The pain and itching disappeared, the act of defecation became free. Seals of hemorrhoidal nodes resolved. Further use of the mixture prevented exacerbation of hemorrhoids.

 PRI me R 4. Patient B., 35 years. After repeated birth, hemorrhoidal nodes often became disturbed, which was accompanied by severe pain, constipation, spasms of the external fixator, periodic rectal fractures with bleeding. Assigned ointment composition 3 (see table). 5 days after the start of the ointment, there was a significant improvement. The pain and itching disappeared, the seals of the hemorrhoidal nodes resolved, the bleeding stopped. The bowel movement became free, painless. Feces decorated, without pathological impurities, single red blood cells and white blood cells. Subsequent periodic use of the ointment prevented exacerbations of hemorrhoids.

 PRI me R 5. Patient T., 65 years. For 30 years, periodic diarrhea has bothered me. At the same time, exacerbations of hemorrhoids occurred with the loss and infringement of hemorrhoids. Assigned ointment composition 4 (see table). 3 days after the start of treatment, diarrhea gave way to constipation, the spasm of the sphincter increased, the infringement of hemorrhoids. The pain sharply intensified, itching, compaction of the nodes appeared. 5 days after discontinuation of the ointment, the exacerbation of hemorrhoids somewhat subsided. An ointment of composition 3 was prescribed. 3 days after the start of the application of the ointment, the pain and itching of the anus passed through completely. Seals of hemorrhoidal nodes resolved. The spasm of the anal sphincter disappeared, the bowel movement became free, the stool returned to normal. Further use of the ointment prevented exacerbations and relapses of hemorrhoids.

 PRI me R 6. Patient A., 40 years. For 10 years, during frequent exacerbations of hemorrhoids, she was deprived of the opportunity to commit an act of defecation due to severe pain and spasm of the anal sphincter. The prolapse and infringement of hemorrhoidal nodes, their sharp increase and consolidation were observed. For a month or more the patient was deprived of the opportunity to move and work. The use of various means gave a temporary effect. 3 days after lubricating the anus and introducing 3 times a day into the rectum, ointment composition 5 (see table) improved. Seals resolved, hemorrhoidal nodes slept, pain, itching and burning disappeared. The spasm of the anal sphincter was removed. The bowel movement became free, the stool returned to normal. The subsequent use of the ointment was recommended as part of 3 and prevented an exacerbation and relapse of hemorrhoids.

 The given examples are the most characteristic of 42 cases of treatment of hemorrhoid symptoms carried out by the author over 15 years of therapeutic practice. Almost all cases of the disease were neglected, because the previous, official, treatment had no positive result.

 When comparing the proposed remedy with the prototype, it was noted that during treatment with the indicated remedy, bleeding ceases after 1-2 days, seals resolve after 5-7 days, while under the influence of the funds prepared according to the prototype, bleeding stops after 7 days, the sealing nodes resolve in 15-20 days.

 The use of the invention will expand the range of therapeutic agents for the treatment of symptoms of hemorrhoids.
