Abstract

FIELD: household and public catering. SUBSTANCE: device has a jacket, hopper, and a crushing drum inside the jacket. The drum has two half-cylinders with holes. The holes have cutting edges protruding from the side surface of the half-cylinders. The drum also has two disks. One disk has product cutlet ports, and the other disk is linked to the drum rotation drive. There are also auxiliary detachable half-cylinders with holes. The cutting edges of the latter are flush with the side surface of the half-cylinders. There is a port in the jacket upper part. Detachably mounted in the port is the hopper. A semicylindrical knife congruent with the half-cylinders. A partition inside the drum is rigidly linked with one disk, and the other disk linked with the rotation drive has a recess and holes for respectively the other end of the partition and catchers available on the latter. Description

 The invention relates to household kitchen utensils, and in particular to devices for grinding food products.

 A device for grinding mainly meat and fish products [1], containing a housing with a hopper and an outlet pipe, a feeding screw, knife and grill, as well as a clip for a cutting unit.

 The main disadvantage of this device is the reduction in the taste of the product being ground, associated with squeezing the juice from it during the grinding process.

 Such a disadvantage is inherent in other devices, for example [2,3].

 Such devices contain a feeding auger, a movable knife and a grill as a cutting unit, the product being fed by a screw from the movable knife side to the grill.

 The auger presses the product into the holes of the grill, and the movable knife cuts the pressed pieces. The movable knife has a sharpening angle, so the front plane of the knife is not perpendicular to the cutting plane. When the knife moves, a force arises, pulling pieces of the product pressed into the holes of the grate.

 Since the pressure on the product from the auger side is still higher, the cutting process occurs, but at the same time, a movable knife and auger strongly press on the product and squeeze the juice out of it.

 In the case of chopping vegetables by such a device, the allocation of juice is even more plentiful, and the quality of the chopped product is even lower.

 Another disadvantage is both constructive and technological complexity of the cutting unit.

 In technical essence, the closest to the invention is a device for grinding food products [4], comprising a casing with a loading hopper, a composite grinding drum with windows for the exit of the product from one of the end sides and a handle from the other, including two disks, placed inside the casing connected by a shaft, which are end walls, and two half cylinders with cutting elements forming the side walls of the drum.

 The disadvantage of this device is its limited technological capabilities, since it cannot be used to grind elastic products, such as fish and meat.

 The aim of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the device by grinding both fragile and elastic food products, preserving the taste of the product being ground, as well as improving the ease of maintenance.

 The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the known device for grinding food products containing a casing, a loading hopper and a grinding drum installed in the casing, consisting of two replaceable half-cylinders with holes, the cutting edges of which are protruding beyond the side surface of the half-cylinders, and two disks, one of which has windows for the exit of the crushed product, and the other is connected with a drum rotation drive, according to the invention is equipped with additional interchangeable half cylinders from the hole and, the cutting edges of which are flush with the lateral surface of the half-cylinders, and in the upper part of the casing there is a window in which the lower end of the loading hopper is installed, made removable, and between the casing and the loading hopper an additional half-cylindrical knife with holes is fixed with its bent edges interacting with additional half-cylinders and congruent to them.

 In addition, a partition is fixed inside the chopping drum fixedly connected to one of the disks, and the other disk is provided with a groove and holes for accommodating, respectively, the second end of the partition and the latches made on it.

 The presence in the proposed device of additional removable half-cylinders with holes, the cutting edges of which are flush with the side surface of the half-cylinders, as well as an additional half-cylinder knife with holes, interacting with additional half-cylinders and congruent to them, allows you to grind not only fragile products - vegetables, fruits, but also elastic ones - meat, fish.

 Due to the small pressure on the crushed product, due to the small thickness of the additional half-cylinders and a half-cylinder knife (0.2 ... 5 mm), the juice from the product during grinding is also insignificant, therefore, its taste is not reduced.

 The installation of a partition inside the chopping drum fixedly connected to one of the disks increases the rigidity and stability of the entire chopping drum, and elastic clamps made on the partition facilitate assembly and disassembly of the chopping drum, i.e., increase the convenience of servicing the device.

 The serviceability is enhanced by the presence of a removable hopper that fixes the chopping drum in the casing with the lower end located between the disks of the chopping drum. Removing the grinding drum to replace the half-cylinders or rinsing is carried out after removal from the casing of the loading hopper.

 In FIG. 1 shows a device, a longitudinal section; in FIG. 2 is a transverse section aa in FIG. 1; in FIG. 3 - node B in FIG. 2, a cross-section along a semi-cylindrical knife and a chopping drum in a meat grinder mode; in FIG. 4 is a section through a chopping drum in a vegetable slicer mode.

 The device (Fig. 1) contains a casing 1, a window 2 made in the upper part of the casing, in which a removable loading hopper 3 is installed, inside which a pusher 4 is mounted with the possibility of movement.

 Inside the casing 1 is a grinding drum, consisting of two interchangeable half cylinders 5 (Fig. 3) or 6 (Fig. 4), which form the side walls of the drum, and two end disks 7 and 8, between which the half cylinders are placed.

 The disk 7 is provided with windows 9 for the exit of the crushed product and is fixedly connected to the partition 10, on which elastic clips 11 are made. Another end disk 8 is equipped with a groove 12 and holes 13, respectively, for accommodating the second end of the partition 10 and the clips 11 made on it, and also a drive handle 14.

 The chopping drum is fixed relative to the casing 1 by the lower end of the hopper 3, which is located between the disks 7 and 8.

 At the lower end of the loading hopper 3, a fixed semi-cylindrical knife 15 is fixed, which is held on the hopper 3 by any known method, for example, due to the elasticity of the bent edges 16. The additional semi-cylindrical knife 15 and half cylinders 5 are provided with holes, the cutting edges 17 and 18 of which are flush with their cylindrical surface. The knife 15 has the ability to interact with the half-cylinders 5 and congruent to them, that is, it repeats the shape of the half-cylinders (Fig. 3) in its middle part, and the holes coincide when combined.

 Half cylinders 5 are designed for grinding elastic food products - meat, fish. The device is also equipped with half-cylinders 6 with openings, the cutting edges 19 of which are made protruding beyond the side surface of the half-cylinders, intended for grinding fragile food products - vegetables, fruits.

 The device is equipped with a vacuum suction cup 20 for attachment to the table, as well as a hinge 21 for grinding the angle of inclination of the casing 1 relative to the plane of the table.

 The chopping drum is manually rotated by the handle 14, but it is possible to use an electric drive if, instead of the handle on the disk 8, a ring gear is made.

 A device for grinding food works as follows.

 The device is attached to the table with a vacuum suction cup 20.

 To grind meat, a grinding drum is pre-assembled, for which replaceable half-cylinders 5 with cutting edges 17 installed flush with the side surface of the half-cylinders are installed in the disk 7, then the disk 8 is placed so that the end of the partition 10 fits into the groove 12 intended for it, and the elastic clips 11, made on the partition 10, went into the holes 13 in the disk 8 and snapped into place.

 The assembled grinding drum is installed in the casing 1 until it stops, then a removable loading hopper 3 is placed in the window 2, securing a semi-cylindrical knife 15 at its lower end using bent edges 16. The meat is placed in the hopper 3 and pusher 4 is pressed against the fixed semi-cylindrical knife 15, which in turn, it is pressed by meat to the half-cylinders 5, while the gap between them is selected, and conditions for cutting are created. The meat is pressed into the holes made in the knife 15 and the half cylinders 5, and when the grinding drum is rotated by the handle 14, the cutting edges 17 and 18 on the knife 15 and the half cylinders 5 cut off the pressed pieces of meat. Crushed meat enters the drum and spills out of it when rotating through the window 9.

 Meat is a clumping product, therefore, before starting work, it is necessary to tilt the casing 1, using the hinge 21, forward to a certain angle at which the meat is poured out of the drum.

 When grinding vegetables and other brittle food products, half cylinders 6 with holes are installed in the grinding drum, the cutting edges 19 of which are protruding beyond the side surface (Fig. 4), after removing the half cylinders 5 from it, for which the clamps 11 are pressed against each other with their fingers, this they disengage from the wall of the disk 8, which is separated from the disk 7, allowing the replacement of half-cylinders.

 A semi-cylindrical knife 15 is removed from the lower end of the hopper 3, then the assembled chopping drum and hopper are installed in their places in the housing.

 Vegetables are placed in the hopper 3 and the pusher 4 is pressed against the half-cylinders 6.

 When the drum rotates, the cutting edges 19 cut off pieces of the product.

 1. DEVICE FOR GRINDING FOOD PRODUCTS, comprising a casing, a loading hopper and a grinding drum mounted in the casing, consisting of two half-cylinders with holes, the cutting edges of which are protruding beyond the side surface of the half-cylinders, and two disks, one of which has windows for the exit of the crushed product and the other is associated with a drum rotation drive, characterized in that it is provided with additional interchangeable half cylinders with holes, the cutting edges of which are flush with the side surface Strongly half cylinders and a knife at the top of the housing is formed by a window in which is removably mounted hopper, the knife is shaped as a half-cylinder and has a bent edge for fixing it between the housing and the hopper, the blade cooperates with a complementary half-cylinders and congruent them.  2.
