Abstract
1. Способ сжигания газового топлива в горелке инфракрасного излучения, включающий создание однородной газовоздушной смеси в эжекторе, прогрев смеси в распределительной камере и в каналах перфорированного керамического насадка до температуры воспламенения, горение на поверхности насадка и в пространстве между насадком и металлической сеткой, отличающийся тем, что в эжекторе горелки создается обедненная газовоздушная смесь с коэффициентом избытка воздуха α=1,3-1,5. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что обеднение газовоздушной смеси осуществляется путем подачи в эжектор горелки воздуха вентилятором. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что обеднение газовоздушной смеси осуществляется путем увеличения в 6-7 раз номинального давления газа перед горелкой. ! 4. Горелка, содержащая эжектор, перфорированный керамический насадок и металлическую сетку, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно снабжена экраном из термостойкого стекла с отверстием в центре для отвода продуктов сгорания.1.
