Claims (18)
1. Защитный элемент с, по меньшей мере, одним оптически изменяемым элементом,
отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один слой оптически изменяемого элемента выполнен как электрически активный слой (13, 14) электронного компонента и/или электронной переключательной схемы, причем электрически активный слой выполнен как электрод оптического индикаторного элемента (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60).
2. Защитный элемент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что электрически активный слой выполнен как электрически активный слой индуктивности и/или емкости.
3. Защитный элемент по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что электрически активный слой выполнен как электрически активный слой электрического колебательного контура.
4. Защитный элемент по п.3, отличающийся тем, что поверхностная структура электрически активного слоя влияет на резонансную частоту и/или добротность колебательного контура.
5. Защитный элемент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что электрически активный слой выполнен как электрически активный слой радиочастотной (РЧ) антенны (74а).
6. Защитный элемент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что электрически активный слой выполнен как электрический соединительный элемент (911).
7. Защитный элемент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что электрически активный слой выполнен как слой с микроучастками без металлизации или слой с микроучастками металлизации.
8. Защитный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что электрически активный слой выполнен как металлический слой.
9. Защитный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что электрически активный слой выполнен как неметаллический слой.
10. Защитный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что электрически активный слой выполнен как органический слой.
11. Защитный элемент по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что электрически активный слой образует подучасток оптически изменяемого элемента.
12. Защитный элемент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что электрически активный слой покрыт, по меньшей мере, одним покрывающим слоем (15, 46, 56, 66).
13. Защитный элемент по п.12, отличающийся тем, что покрывающий слой является прозрачным слоем, который имеет дифракционный поверхностный рельеф дополнительного оптически изменяемого элемента.
14. Защитный элемент по п.12, отличающийся тем, что покрывающий слой имеет набор микролинз и/или набор микропризм.
15. Защитный элемент по п.12, отличающийся тем, что покрывающий слой является прозрачным слоем, в котором отформована макроструктура.
16. Защитный элемент по п.12, отличающийся тем, что покрывающий слой (15, 46, 56, 66) размещен над оптическим индикаторным элементом (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60).
17. Защитный элемент по п.12, отличающийся тем, что покрывающий слой размещен под оптическим индикаторным элементом (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60).
18. Защитный элемент по пп.15 и 16, отличающийся тем, что покрывающий слой выполнен таким образом, что изображение, формируемое оптическим индикаторным элементом (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60), представляется наблюдателю как стереоскопическое изображение.
