Claims (33)
1. Пищевой продукт, который не является батончиком из гранолы, содержащий полиненасыщенную жирную кислоту и инкапсулированный прооксидант, причем указанный пищевой продукт имеет показатель активности воды 0,75 или менее.

3. Пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из супов и сладких порошков.
4. Пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором прооксидант инкапсулирован воском, имеющим температуру плавления выше 65°С.
5. Пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором прооксидант инкапсулирован карнаубским воском.
6. Пищевой продукт по п.4, в котором воск выбран из группы, состоящей из пчелиного воска, карнаубского воска, канделильского воска и парафинового воска.
7. Пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором источник ненасыщенных жирных кислот включает смесь из масла канолы и соевого масла.
