Claims (7)
1. Устройство для эндоскопического обследования полого канала, оснащенное вводимой трубкой, дистальный конец которой оборудован оптической головкой для визуализации внутренней области канала во время продвижения через него, причем вводимая трубка соединена с основным надувным рукавом, содержащим фронтальную ненадувную часть и заднюю часть, удерживаемую до надувания в сложенном состоянии, которая при надувании разворачивается так, что рукав вытягивается по существу в продольном направлении и проталкивает эндоскоп внутри канала, причем усовершенствование содержит по меньшей мере один вспомогательный надувной рукав, соединенный с указанной вводимой трубкой, который при надувании создает дополнительную проталкивающую силу для продвижения вводимой трубки внутри канала.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором канал содержит проход в теле.
3. Устройство по п.2, в котором указанный проход в теле содержит толстую кишку.
4. Устройство по п.1, в котором указанные основной рукав и по меньшей мере один вспомогательный рукав выполнены из гибкого биосовместимого пластика.
5. Устройство по п.1, кроме того, содержащее диспенсер, удерживающий внутри основной рукав и по меньшей мере один вспомогательный рукав, причем основной рукав и по меньшей мере один вспомогательный рукав удерживаются в диспенсере в сложенном состоянии и при надувании подаются из диспенсера в вытянутом состоянии.
6. Устройство по п.5, в котором основной рукав окружает по меньшей мере один вспомогательный рукав.
7. Устройство по п.5, в котором диспенсер оснащен внутренней втулкой и наружной втулкой, причем проксимальные концы основного рукава и по меньшей мере одного вспомогательного рукава закреплены между внутренней и наружной втулками, а их дистальные концы соединены с вводимой трубкой.
