Claims (10)
1. Способ удаления H2S из содержащего его газа, включающий
(а) взаимодействие потока H2S-содержащего газа с стехиометрическим избытком SO2 в реакторе с получением SO2-содержащего газа, практически не содержащего H2S, и жидкой серы, причем реакцию осуществляют в органическом жидком растворителе, содержащем гомогенный катализатор, ускоряющий реакцию
2H2S + SO2 → 3S + 2H2O,
при температуре в реакторе, превышающей температуру плавления серы;
(b) отведение жидкой серы из реактора;
(c) отведение SO2-содержащего газа стадии (а) из реактора;
(d) удаление SO2 из газа стадии (c) с получением газа, практически не содержащего H2S и SO2;
(e) рециркуляцию удаленного на стадии (d) SO2 на стадию (а).
2. Способ по п.1, в котором поток H2S-содержащего газа находится под давлением от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 100 бар абс.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором рабочее давление в реакторе составляет от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 100 бар абс.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором рабочая температура в реакторе составляет от приблизительно 125 до приблизительно 140°С.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором H2S-содержащий газ подают в реактор без предварительного пропускания через какую-либо установку с целью повышения в нем концентрации H2S.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором H2S-содержащий газ представляет собой синтез-газ, в котором присутствуют одно или более веществ H2, CO, H2O, COS и CO2, природный газ или H2S-содержащий нефтезаводской газ.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором H2S-содержащий газ дополнительно содержит одно или более веществ HCl, NH3 и тяжелые металлы, и указанные одно или более веществ практически полностью удаляются из H2S-содержащего газа.
8. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий удаление воды из получаемого газа на стадии (d).
9. Способ по п.1, в котором SO2, полученный на стадии (c), подвергают сжатию и конденсации с получением жидкого SO2, и жидкий SO2 подают на стадию (а) при повышенном давлении.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором серу, полученную на стадии (b), сжигают в воздухе, в кислороде или в обогащенном кислородом воздухе с получением SO2, который затем подают на стадию (а).
