Abstract
1. Способ изготовления пиротехнических элементов для фейерверочных и сигнальных зарядов, включающий послойную загрузку в смеситель пироксилинового горючего связующего, металлического горючего, дибутилфталата (пластификатора), окислителя, хлорсодержащего компонента, которые заливают смесью этилового спирта с диэтиловым эфиром в соотношении 1:0,8, перемешивание компонентов, прессование приготовленной композиции, формуя канальный шнур, разрезаемый далее на мерные элементы, которые сушат, удаляя летучие, отличающийся тем, что в качестве горючего связующего используют крошку пироксилинового пороха массой 40-65% от массы сухих компонентов, пластификатор вводят в виде спиртового раствора, а этиловый спирт и диэтиловый эфир суммарно вводят в количестве 30-50 мас.% от структурных компонентов смеси, а сушку элементов проводят в два этапа: при температуре 20-30°С в течение 24-48 ч до содержания летучих 18 мас.%, затем при температуре 50-60°С в течение 48-72 ч до содержания летучих 2-4 мас.%.2.
