Эктопротез носа, состоящий из двух частей, первая из которых обращена к протезному ложу, с выступами, входящими в носовые ходы и ретенционные пункты краев дефекта, вторая - моделирующая наружную форму носа, носовые ходы, с расположением края протеза в носогубных складках, выполнена из твердой акриловой пластмассы и проволочного фиксирующего устройства в области переносицы, фиксирующегося к оправе очков, отличающийся тем, что первая часть выполнена в виде седла по анатомической форме переносицы, верхнего края грушевидного отверстия, носовой перегородки, а также соответственно анатомической форме внутренней поверхности крыльев носа, с ретенционными петлями со стороны, обращенной ко второй части, выполнена из сверхэластичного сплава на основе никелида титана, а фиксирующее устройство в виде U-образного проволочного элемента из никелида титана диаметром 0,7-1,0 мм и закреплено неподвижно в толще пластмассы второй части.1. Способ изготовления эктопротеза носа, включающий изолирование вазелином бровей, ресниц, усов, получение слепка лица в полулежачем положении пациента эластичной слепочной массой, изготовление гипсовой маски, моделирование восковой репродукции эктопротеза носа и примерку на лице пациента, установку фиксирущего устройства, гипсование восковой репродукции протеза в кювету, удаление воска методом выпаривания и раскрытие кюветы, изоливарование поверхностей гипсовых форм разделительным лаком, поковку акриловой пластмассы с добавлением красителей и ее полимеризацию, охлаждение кюветы, извлечение протеза из кюветы, отделку, обработку, шлифовку, припасовку на лице пациента и крепление к очковой оправе, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно дублируют гипсовую маску и изготавливают ее копию из огнеупорной массы, моделируют восковую репродукцию первой части протеза из бюгельного воска толщиной 0,3 мм в виде седла по анатомической форме переносицы, верхнего края грушевидного отверстия, носовой перегородки с формированием выступов, входящих в носовые ходы, ретенционные пункты краев дефекта, а также соответственно анатомической форме внутренней поверхности крыльев носа, затем изготавливают ретенционные петли со стороны, обращенной к второй части протеза, для соединения пластмассовой и металлической частей протеза, создают литниковую систему, изготавливают литейную форму и выполняют отливку первой части протеза из сверхэластичного сплава на основе никелида титана, на которой после механической обработки и грунтования со стороны соединения с пластмассой моделируют фиксирующее устройство из кламмерной проволоки и изготавливают его методом высокотемпературной формовки из никелида титановой проволоки диаметром 0,7-1,0 мм, а вторую часть протеза выполняют из бесцветной акриловой пластмассы с добавлением порошка сухой косметической пудры цвета, соответствующего оттенку кожи лица пациента.2.
