The method for determining a person’s suitability for work in complex technogenic conditions, which consists in measuring (DATA) physiological parameters of a person, for each measured physiological parameter, determining the boundaries of an individual physiological norm in the form of maximum (MAXi) and minimum (MINi) permissible values of this parameter based on the statistical processing of the results of measuring this physiological parameter in humans for a fixed period of time, the measured values (DATA) are physiologically parameters are compared with the individual physiological norm, characterized in that for each measured physiological parameter, the boundaries of the group norm of the adaptive physiological reaction are determined in the form of the maximum (MAX) and minimum (MINa) allowable values of this parameter based on the statistical processing of the results of measuring this physiological parameter in a group of people working in difficult technogenic conditions, the measured values (DATA) of physiological parameters of a person are additionally compared with g the standard rate of adaptive physiological response, and its suitability for working in complex technogenic conditions is determined if the condition MIN <DATA <MAX is fulfilled for each measured physiological parameter, where MIN is equal to the maximum of MINi and MINa, and MAX is minimum from the values of MAXi and MAX.
