Наплавная гидроэнергетическая установка, содержащая турбины, представляющие собой тела вращения и находящиеся в водном потоке в полупогруженном состоянии, покрытые гибкими элементами по боковой поверхности, попарно соединенные между собой гибким соединением с установленным генератором (насосом), соединенным гибкой связью с русловым анкером и передающим через кабель (шланг) по потребителю электроэнергию (расход), отличающееся тем, что турбины выполнены наплавными с возможностью самоустанавливаться по отношению к водному потоку в оптимальное для утилизации его энергии положение без существенного перекрытия живого сечения потока.1.
