Claims (1)

Способ реставрации передних зубов при дефектах угла коронки не ниже средней трети ее высоты с применением армирующего сеточного углового контурного каркаса, включающий одонтопрепарирование поверхности дефекта, формирование со стороны оральной (небной) поверхности по высоте дефекта паза, глубина которого 1,5 мм, а его ширина 0,5 мм, паз формируют в пределах эмалевого слоя, а затем после кислотного травления и адгезивной обработки поверхности дефекта и полости паза восстанавливают контуры коронковой части зуба путем формирования вокруг паза искусственного эмалевого слоя с последующим армированием его внутренней поверхности с помощью углового контурного каркаса, сформированного из стоматологической позолоченной металлической сетки толщиной 0,4 мм, которую дополнительно сплющивают, уменьшая толщину до 0,2 мм, при этом армирующий сеточный угловой контурный каркас фиксируют в полости паза и на внутренней поверхности искусственного эмалевого слоя с помощью стеклоиономерного цемента, причем зафиксированный армирующий сеточный угловой контурный каркас располагается на 1-2 мм ниже контура режущего края и отстоит на 0,5 мм от контура коронковой части со стороны апроксимальной поверхности, проводят направленную полимеризацию с оральной (небной) и вестибулярной поверхности и восстанавливают анатомическую форму коронковой части путем формирования в области дефекта последовательного искусственного дентина и искусственного эмалевого слоя со стороны вестибулярной поверхности, причем искусственный эмалевый слой формируют из макрофилированного композитного материала, а искусственный дентин - из микрофилированного композитного материала.The method of restoration of the front teeth with defects in the angle of the crown not lower than the middle third of its height using a reinforcing mesh angular contour framework, including odontopreparation of the surface of the defect, the formation from the side of the oral (palatal) surface along the height of the groove defect, the depth of which is 1.5 mm, and its width 0.5 mm, a groove is formed within the enamel layer, and then, after acid etching and adhesive treatment of the surface of the defect and the cavity of the groove, the contours of the crown of the tooth are restored by forming around and an artificial enamel layer followed by reinforcing its inner surface using an angled contour frame formed from a 0.4 mm thick gold-plated dental metal mesh that is further flattened, reducing thickness to 0.2 mm, while the reinforcing mesh angular contour frame is fixed in the cavity groove and on the inner surface of the artificial enamel layer using glass-ionomer cement, and the fixed reinforcing mesh corner contour frame is 1-2 m below the incisal contour and 0.5 mm apart from the coronal contour from the side of the approximate surface, directional polymerization is carried out from the oral (palatal) and vestibular surfaces and the anatomical shape of the coronal part is restored by forming in the defect region a sequential artificial dentin and an artificial enamel layer with sides of the vestibular surface, the artificial enamel layer being formed from a macrophilic composite material, and the artificial dentin from microfiled th composite material.
