Claims (11)
1. Слоистая катализаторная композиция, включающая сердцевину и наружный слой, связанный с сердцевиной и содержащий огнеупорный неорганический оксид с диспергированным на нем, по меньшей мере, одним металлическим компонентом, выбираемым из группы, в которую входят кобальт, никель, молибден и вольфрам.
2. Катализаторная композиция по п.1, в которой сердцевину выбирают из группы, в которую входят альфа-оксид алюминия, тета-оксид алюминия, карбид кремния, металлы, кордиерит, оксид циркония, оксид титана и их смеси.
3. Катализаторная композиция по п.1, в которой наружный слой выбирают из группы, в которую входят гамма-оксид алюминия, дельта-оксид алюминия, тета-оксид алюминия, кремнезем/глинозем, цеолиты, нецеолитные молекулярные сита, оксид титана и их смеси.
4. Катализаторная композиция по любому из пп.1-3, в которой наружный слой содержит, по меньшей мере, один металлический компонент в количестве от 2 до 30 мас.%.
5. Катализаторная композиция по любому из пп.1-3, в которой наружный слой имеет толщину от 40 до 400 мкм.
6. Катализаторная композиция по любому из пп.1-3, в которой сердцевина имеет более низкую адсорбционную способность по отношению к предшественникам каталитических металлов по сравнению с наружным слоем.
7. Катализаторная композиция по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, один металлический компонент поверхностно импрегнирован на носителе таким образом, что средняя концентрация поверхностно импрегнированного металла, в наружном слое толщиной от 40 до 400 мкм, по меньшей мере, вдвое выше концентрации соответствующего металла в остающейся центральной части носителя, которая образует сердцевину.
8. Катализаторная композиция по п.7, в которой поверхностный слой содержит по меньшей мере один металлический компонент в количестве от 2 до 30 мас.%.
9. Способ гидрообессеривания включающий контактирование содержащего олефины лигроина с катализаторной композицией по любому из пп.1-3, 7 и 8 в зоне гидрообессеривания и в условиях гидрообессеривания, в результате чего получают поток лигроина с пониженным содержанием серы.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором зона гидрообессеривания работает в условиях, включающих температуру от 204 (400°F) до 399°С (750°F) и давление от 690 кПа (100 psig) до 3450 кПа (500 psig).
11. Способ по п.9, в котором сырьевой поток лигроина выкипает в пределах от 38 до 232°С.
