Abstract
1. Способ обработки активного ила в ходе биологической очистки сточных вод, включающий транспортировку суспензии, полученной после аэрации смеси сточных вод с активным илом, в камеру отсасывания газа под действием создаваемого в камере разрежения и вводимого в коллектор воздуха, вакуумную дегазацию аэрированной смеси и ее транспортировку во вторичный отстойник, отличающийся тем, что в нижнюю часть подающего коллектора подается очищенная вода таким образом, что она создает в нижней части коллектора гидравлический затвор, а суспензия отработанного активного ила поступает в камеру отсасывания газа в виде ламинарного потока. ! 2. Установка для обработки активного ила при биологической очистке сточных вод, содержащая резервуар для аэрации смеси отходов с активным илом и вторичный отстойник, соединенные между собой подающим и выпускным коллекторами через камеру отсасывания газа, которая связана с вакуумным насосом, отличающаяся тем, что к нижней части подающего коллектора на расстоянии не менее 0,5 м от уровня жидкости в резервуаре для аэрации подсоединен трубопровод для подачи очищенной воды. ! 3. Установка по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что трубопровод для подачи очищенной воды подсоединен к подающему коллектору на расстоянии 1-2 м от его нижнего конца. ! 4. Установка для обработки активного ила по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что подающий и выпускной коллекторы выполнены в виде устройства «труба в трубе». ! 5. Установка по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что уровень суспензии в резервуаре для аэрации выше чем уровень суспензии во вторичном отстойнике.1. Installation according to claim 2, characterized in that the level of the slurry in the aeration tank is higher than the level of the slurry in the secondary clarifier.
