Abstract
1. Способ очистки газов от пыли, включающий подвод газа в нижнюю часть аппарата, взаимодействие с поверхностью жидкости, подвод в вихревое контактное устройство газа и жидкости, диспергирование жидкости потоком газа, формирование вихревого дисперсного слоя, проведение контакта в слое и центробежную сепарацию компонентов в восходящем газожидкостном потоке, отличающийся тем, что транспортирование жидкости из нижней части аппарата во внутреннюю область вихревого контактного устройства осуществляется за счет разряжения в приосевой области внутри вихревого контактного устройства, в котором скорость газа между пластинами выбирают из условия: ! ! где Wвх - скорость газа между пластинами вихревого контактного устройства, м/с; ! h - расстояние от уровня жидкости в нижней части аппарата до днища вихревого контактного устройства, мм; ! ρг - плотность газа, кг/м3. ! 2. Устройство для очистки газов от пыли, включающее нижнюю и верхнюю часть аппарата, патрубки подвода и отвода жидкости и газа, тарелку, патрубок перетока жидкости с тарелки в нижнюю часть аппарата, вихревое контактное устройство, состоящее из крышки, днища, пластин и сепаратора, отличающееся тем, что в днище вихревого контактного устройства в приосевой области имеется патрубок подачи жидкости из нижней части аппарата во внутреннюю область вихревого контактного устройства.1.
