Abstract
1. Полевое устройство, содержащее модуль беспроводной связи, предназначенный для беспроводного обмена информацией о процессе с другим устройством, модуль преобразования энергии, связанный с модулем беспроводной связи и предназначенный для связи с тепловым источником и для преобразования тепловой потенциальной энергии в электрическую энергию для питания электронной схемы в полевом устройстве.2. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что модуль преобразования энергии включает в себя термобатарею.3. Полевое устройство по п.1,отличающееся тем, что модуль преобразования энергии включает в себя термоэлектрический диод.4. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что модуль преобразования энергии включает в себя полупроводниковый термоэлектрический генератор.5. Полевое устройство по п.1,отличающееся тем, что модуль преобразования энергии расположен непосредственно вблизи полевого устройства.6. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что модуль преобразования энергии расположен дистанционно от полевого устройства.7. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержитконтроллер, связанный с модулем преобразования энергии и с модулем беспроводной связи, ипреобразователь, связанный с процессом и контроллером.8. Полевое устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что преобразователь является датчиком.9. Полевое устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что датчик является температурным датчиком.10. Полевое устройство по п.9, отличающееся тем, что температурный датчик предназначен для генерирования электроэнергии и является компонентой модуля преобразования энергии.11. Claims (22)
1. Полевое устройство, содержащее модуль беспроводной связи, предназначенный для беспроводного обмена информацией о процессе с другим устройством, модуль преобразования энергии, связанный с модулем беспроводной связи и предназначенный для связи с тепловым источником и для преобразования тепловой потенциальной энергии в электрическую энергию для питания электронной схемы в полевом устройстве.
2. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что модуль преобразования энергии включает в себя термобатарею.
3. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что модуль преобразования энергии включает в себя термоэлектрический диод.
4. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что модуль преобразования энергии включает в себя полупроводниковый термоэлектрический генератор.
5. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что модуль преобразования энергии расположен непосредственно вблизи полевого устройства.
6. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что модуль преобразования энергии расположен дистанционно от полевого устройства.
7. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит
контроллер, связанный с модулем преобразования энергии и с модулем беспроводной связи, и
преобразователь, связанный с процессом и контроллером.
8. Полевое устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что преобразователь является датчиком.
9. Полевое устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что датчик является температурным датчиком.
10. Полевое устройство по п.9, отличающееся тем, что температурный датчик предназначен для генерирования электроэнергии и является компонентой модуля преобразования энергии.
11. Полевое устройство по п.9, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит
термоячейку, предназначенную для контакта с технологической жидкостью.
12. Полевое устройство по п.11, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит теплопроводящий элемент, расположенный в термоячейке и предназначенный для передачи тепла от технологической жидкости.
13. Полевое устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что модуль преобразования энергии включает в себя полупроводниковый термоэлектрический генератор, функционально связанный с теплопроводящим элементом.
14. Полевое устройство по п.13, отличающееся тем, что полупроводниковый термоэлектрический генератор имеет горячий конец, термически связанный с технологической жидкостью, и холодный конец, связанный с теплопроводящим элементом.
15. Полевое устройство по п.14, отличающееся тем, что теплопроводящий элемент имеет первый конец, связанный с термоэлектрическим генератором, и второй конец, связанный, по меньшей мере, с одним ребром радиатора охлаждения.
16. Полевое устройство по п.13, отличающееся тем, что полупроводниковый термоэлектрический генератор имеет горячий конец, связанный с первым концом теплопроводящего элемента, и холодный конец, связанный, по меньшей мере, с одним ребром радиатора охлаждения, при этом второй конец теплопроводящего элемента термически связан с технологической жидкостью.
17. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что количество электроэнергии, преобразованное модулем преобразования, используется для индикации температуры, связанной с источником тепла.
18. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что источник тепла является технологическим источником тепла.
19. Полевое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит устройство накопления электроэнергии, связанное с модулем преобразования.
20. Способ подачи электрического напряжения на беспроводное полевое устройство, заключающийся в том, что термически связывают термоэлектрическое устройство с источником тепловой потенциальной энергии, электрически связывают термоэлектрическое устройство с модулем беспроводной связи полевого устройства.
21. Способ по п.20, отличающийся тем, что термическую связь термоэлектрического устройства осуществляют путем передачи тепла через термоэлектрическое устройство.
22. Полевое устройство, содержащее модуль беспроводной связи, предназначенный для беспроводного обмена информацией о процессе с другим устройством, средство для преобразования тепловой потенциальной энергии в технологическом тепловом источнике в электрическое напряжение для питания полевого устройства.
