Abstract
Способ комплексной переработки магний-хром содержащего рудного сырья, включающий разложение его раствором минеральных кислот, фильтрование полученной суспензии, обработку нерастворимого остатка, нейтрализацию фильтрата с осаждением гидроксидов содержащихся в нем металлов, отмывку и сушку получаемых конечных продуктов, отличающийся тем, что обработка нерастворимого остатка заключается в обжиге его при температуре 350-600°С с последующим растворением в едком натре с остаточной щелочностью 40-60 г/л NaOH, фильтрованием полученной суспензии, отмыванием остатка - хромитового концентрата и осаждение диоксида кремния из полученного фильтрата раствором соляной кислоты до остаточной кислотности 2-15 г/л HCl.A method for the complex processing of magnesium-chromium containing ore raw materials, including its decomposition with a solution of mineral acids, filtration of the resulting suspension, treatment of the insoluble residue, neutralization of the filtrate with the precipitation of hydroxides of the metals it contains, washing and drying of the resulting end products, characterized in that the treatment of the insoluble residue consists in roasting it at a temperature of 350-600 ° C, followed by dissolution in caustic soda with a residual alkalinity of 40-60 g / l NaOH, filtering the resulting suspension, washing the residue - chromite concentrate and precipitation of silicon dioxide from the resulting filtrate with a solution of hydrochloric acid to a residual acidity 2 -15 g / l HCl.
