Claims (20)

1. Снабженная вспомогательным элементом (18) для открывания крышка (1) для закупоривания емкостей (17) на основе, по меньшей мере, двухслойной комбинации, причем обращенный к емкости слой (2) этой комбинации плотно состыкован с краем (17') емкости и образует возникающее при разделении скомбинированных слоев (2, 3) отверстие (19) для извлечения находящегося в емкости упакованного продукта, отличающаяся тем, что крышка (1) в своем строении имеет сплошные скомбинированные слои (2, 3), причем обращенный к емкости слой (2) предпочтительно состоит из пластмассы, внутренняя прочность на разрыв которой в области (4) отверстия (19) для извлечения продукта ниже, чем его сцепление с обращенным от емкости слоем (3) в остальной области крышки, и его сцепление с краем (17') емкости, по меньшей мере, в области вспомогательного элемента (18) для открывания больше, чем сцепление со слоем (3).
2. Крышка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что сцепление между слоями вне области (4) отверстия (19) для извлечения имеет величину в диапазоне 0,1-5 Н/15 мм, предпочтительно 0,2-0,4 Н/15 мм.
3. Крышка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что пластмасса обращенного к емкости слоя (2) выбрана из группы полиэтилена, полипропилена, сложного полиэфира, полистирола, их сополимеров, а также смесей из них.
4. Крышка по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что пластмасса обращенного к емкости слоя (2) содержит наполнители.
5. Крышка по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что наполнителями являются тальк, и/или кремневая кислота, и/или мел.
6. Крышка по одному из пп.1-5, отличающаяся тем, что обращенный к емкости слой (2) из пластмассы плотно состыкован с краем (17') емкости.
7. Крышка по одному из пп.1-5, отличающаяся тем, что обращенный к емкости слой (2) из пластмассы снабжен покрытием (7), наносимым термосваркой.
8. Крышка по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что наносимое термосваркой покрытие (7) имеет шероховатую поверхность, благодаря расположенным в геометрической последовательности дистанцирующим элементам (7').
9. Крышка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что обращенный от емкости комбинированный слой (3) состоит из алюминия и/или пластмассы, при необходимости в комбинации с бумагой.
10. Крышка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что вспомогательный элемент (18) для открывания выполнен в виде захватного язычка.
11. Крышка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что между скомбинированными слоями (2, 3) предусмотрено средство, способствующее сцеплению.
12. Крышка по п.11, отличающаяся тем, что средство, способствующее сцеплению, содержит скрытый ускоритель сшивания.
13. Крышка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что между скомбинированными слоями (2,3) предусмотрен чувствительный к давлению клей (20).
14. Крышка по п.13, отличающаяся тем, что чувствительный к давлению клей (20) предусмотрен дополнительно в области вспомогательного элемента (18) для открывания.
15. Способ изготовления снабженной вспомогательным элементом для открывания крышки для закупоривания емкостей, отличающийся тем, что крышка выполнена по п.1, причем комбинацию, состоящую из слоев (2, 3) в заданной области (4) подвергают повышенному давлению, а также повышенной температуре, так, что в этой области (4) повышается сцепление между скомбинированными слоями (2, 3) по сравнении с остальным поперечным сечением крышки.
16. Способ по п.15, отличающийся тем, что применение давления и повышенной температуры осуществляют с помощью инструмента для термосварки.

Способ изготовления снабженной вспомогательным элементом для открывания крышки для закупоривания емкостей, отличающийся тем, что крышка выполнена по п.1, причем с помощью индукционной сварки скомбинированных слоев (2, 3) в заданной области (4) достигают повышенного в сравнении с остальным поперечным сечением крышки сцепления между скомбинированными слоями (2,3).
19. Способ изготовления снабженной вспомогательным элементом для открывания крышки для закупоривания емкостей, отличающийся тем, что крышка выполнена по п.1, причем с помощью ультразвуковой сварки скомбинированных слоев (2, 3) в заданной области (4) достигают повышенного в сравнении с остальным поперечным сечением крышки сцепления между скомбинированными слоями (2, 3).
20. Способ изготовления снабженной вспомогательным элементом для открывания крышки для закупоривания емкостей, отличающийся тем, что крышка выполнена по п.1, причем слои (2) и (3) соединяют с помощью вещества, способствующего сцеплению, которое содержит скрытый ускоритель сшивания, а затем в заданной области (4) подвергают повышенному давлению и/или повышенной температуре, так, что благодаря ускорителю запускают реакцию сшивания, и благодаря этому, в области (4) достигают повышенного в сравнении с остальным поперечным сечением крышки сцепления между слоями.
