Claims (12)
1. Устройство для получения сварного шва (2) на фольговом пакете (1), содержащее
ультразвуковой молоток (9) и
наковальню (8), сварочная сторона которой обращена к ультразвуковому молотку (9) и снабжена удлиненным выступом (10), так что фольговый материал (3а, 3b, 6а, 6b, 7а, 7b) фольгового пакета (1) может быть зажат между этим выступом (10) и ультразвуковым молотком (9), отличающееся тем, что выступ (10) имеет по меньшей мере одно углубление (11), проходящее параллельно выступу (10).
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что глубина (t) указанного, по меньшей мере, одного углубления (11) меньше высоты (11) выступа (10) над указанной сварочной стороной.
3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что ширина (b) указанного, по меньшей мере, одного углубления (11) предпочтительно составляет приблизительно 10-90%, более предпочтительно 25-50% и наиболее предпочтительно 30-35% ширины (а) выступа (10).
4. Устройство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что наковальня (8) выполнена с возможностью поворота.
5. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что наковальня (8) выполнена с возможностью поворота вокруг, по меньшей мере, двух осей (14, 15).
6. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, два нажимных элемента (18, 19), таких, например, как пружины, оказывают силовое воздействие на наковальню (8), по меньшей мере, в двух различных местах, посредством чего наковальня (8), получается, прижата к ультразвуковому молотку (9).
7. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что оба нажимных элемента (18, 19) воздействуют примерно на концы наковальни (8).
8. Устройство по одному из пп.1 и 2, или 4-7, отличающееся тем, что в нем предусмотрена пружинная защелка, с помощью которой верхний конец (4) фольгового пакета (1) может быть прижат к наковальне (8).
9. Устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что в выступе (10) предусмотрено два, три или более углублений (11), общая предпочтительная ширина которых составляет приблизительно 10-90%, более предпочтительно 25-50%, и наиболее предпочтительно 30-35% ширины (а) выступа (10).
10. Устройство для выполнения сварных швов на фольговых пакетах, в котором несколько устройств по пп.1-9 расположены рядом друг с другом и могут быть приведены в действие одновременно.
11. Способ выполнения сварного шва (2) на фольговом пакете (1), зажатом между ультразвуковым молотком (9) и наковальней (8), которая на сварочной стороне имеет продолговатый выступ (10), направленный к ультразвуковому молотку (9), в котором сварной шов (2) выполняют на фольговом пакете (1) посредством ультразвука, отличающийся тем, что выступ (10) оснащают, по меньшей мере, одним углублением (11), проходящим параллельно этому выступу (10).
12. Фольговый пакет (1) со сварным швом (2), отличающийся тем, что сварной шов (2) имеет по меньшей мере две сварочные зоны (12, 13) и по меньшей мере три или четыре герметизирующих клина (14а, 14b, 14с, 14d).
