Claims (8)
1. Способ изготовления зубного протеза при полном или частичном отсутствии в челюсти зубов при зубоврачебном или зуботехническом обеспечении пациентов, в частности зубного протеза, подлежащего установке на заново устанавливаемые имплантаты, отличающийся тем, что первоначально в лигвально-оральную область или небную область и/или челюстной гребень ввинчивают позиционирующие винты, снабженные насадочным элементом, затем делают слепок (6), включающий позиционирующие винты (8), регистрирующий фактическую ситуацию с состоянием челюсти пациента, далее соответствующие позиционирующие винты (8) устанавливают в слепок (6), и в заключение проводят другие зуботехнические работы на слепке (6), как-то: изготовление сверлильного шаблона (7) для подлежащих установке имплантатов и/или изготовление передаточного шаблона, а также зубоврачебные работы во рту пациента, включающие применение сверлильного шаблона (7) для установки имплантатов и/или блокировку стержней слепка имплантата с передаточным шаблоном, соответственно, с помощью фиксации на позиционирующих винтах (8) в слепке (6) или челюсти.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в каждую челюсть устанавливают по меньшей мере три позиционирующих винта.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что позиционирующие винты (8) устанавливают в кости или с помощью пилотного отверстия, или с использованием принципа саморезов.
4. Винт для применения в качестве позиционирующего винта (8) в способе по пп.1-3, отличающийся наличием передней части, снабженной резьбой, рабочих поверхностей для установки инструмента для завинчивания и опорной поверхности (3) для позиционирующих шаблонов и деталей.
5. Винт по п.4, отличающийся тем, что между передней частью (1), снабженной резьбой, и рабочими поверхностями расположена стержневая часть (4) без резьбы.
6. Винт по п.4 или 5, отличающийся тем, что рабочие поверхности (2) образованы шестигранником, и опорная поверхность (3) образована шаровой головкой (5), при этом шаровая головка (5) имеет меньший диаметр, чем шестигранник.
7. Винт по п.4 или 5, отличающийся тем, что он выполнен из двух частей, при этом шаровая головка (5) разъемно соединена со стержневой частью (4), например, с помощью ввинчивания.
8. Винт по п.6, отличающийся тем, что он выполнен из двух частей, при этом шаровая головка (5) разъемно соединена со стержневой частью (4), например, с помощью ввинчивания.
