Claims (19)
1. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы в крови внутри тела пациента, включающий шаги:
a. неинвазивное измерение скорости звука в крови пациента,
b. неинвазивное измерение электропроводимости крови пациента,
c. неинвазивное измерение теплоемкости крови пациента,
d. расчет соответствующего уровня глюкозы для каждого из измерений: скорости звука, электропроводимости крови, теплоемкости крови,
e. сравнение трех вычисленных уровней глюкозы, и
f. 1. если все три вычисленных уровня глюкозы близки в пределах допуска, то вычисление окончательного уровня глюкозы путем определения взвешенного среднего этих трех уровней глюкозы, или
2. если только два из трех вычисленных уровней близки в пределах допуска, то вычисление окончательного уровня глюкозы путем определения взвешенного среднего только двух близких вычисленных уровней глюкозы.
2. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.1, также включающий шаги:
g. повторение измерения одного из параметров: скорости, проводимости или теплоемкости по любому одному из шагов a-c,
h. вычисление соответствующего уровня глюкозы для измерения параметра согласно шагу g и
i. периодическое повторение шагов a-f для подтверждения точности вычисления уровня глюкозы.
3. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.1, в котором скорость звука определяют путем измерений ультразвукового сигнала, распространяющегося в теле.
4. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.1, в котором электропроводимость крови определяют с помощью электромагнитной индукции.
5. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.1, в котором теплопроводность крови определяют с помощью изменения температуры в измеряемом объеме.
6. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы в крови, внутри тела пациента, включающий шаги:
a. неинвазивное измерение трех различных параметров тела, по которым может быть рассчитан уровень глюкозы,
b. расчет соответствующего уровня глюкозы для каждого из трех измерений,
c. сравнение трех рассчитанных уровней глюкозы и
d. 1. если все три вычисленных уровня глюкозы близки в пределах допуска, то вычисление окончательного уровня глюкозы путем определения взвешенного среднего этих трех уровней глюкозы, или
2. если только два из трех вычисленных уровней близки в пределах уровня допуска, то вычисление окончательного уровня глюкозы путем определения взвешенного среднего только двух близких вычисленных уровней глюкозы.
7. Неинвазивный метод определения уровня глюкозы по п.6, также включающий шаги:
e. повторение измерения одного из параметров,
f. вычисление соответствующего уровня глюкозы для измерения параметра по шагу e и
g. периодическое повторение шагов a-d для подтверждения точности вычисления уровня глюкозы.
8. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.6, в котором три различных параметра тела, по которым может быть рассчитан уровень глюкозы, выбирают из группы, содержащей: скорость звука в теле, проводимость, теплоемкость крови, акустический импеданс, электрический/магнитный коэффициент, теплопроводность, упругость, плотность крови, удельную массу, коэффициент поляризации, рассеяние света, ядерный магнитный резонанс, аналит, температуру крови, температуру тела, эффекты тепловых волн, естественное инфракрасное излучение, испускаемое телом, ответы ткани на раздражения, электрические свойства, электродвижущую силу и электрический ток.
9. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.1, в котором вес каждого рассчитанного уровня глюкозы основан на надежности измерения соответствующего параметра.
10. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.6, в котором вес каждого рассчитанного уровня глюкозы основан на надежности измерения соответствующего параметра.
11. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.2, в котором шаги a-f повторяют через заранее определенные промежутки времени.
12. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.2, в котором шаги a-f повторяют через заранее определенное число измерений.
13. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.7, в котором шаги a-d повторяют через заранее определенные промежутки времени.
14. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.7, в котором шаги a-d повторяют через заранее определенное число измерений.
15. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.1, в котором если один из рассчитанных уровней глюкозы не попадает в заранее определенный допуск, то проверяют два оставшихся рассчитанных уровня для подтверждения того, что они находятся в более узком диапазоне допуска, и затем рассчитывают окончательный уровень глюкозы путем определения взвешенного среднего только этих двух близких вычисленных уровней глюкозы.
16. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.6, в котором если один из рассчитанных уровней глюкозы не попадает в заранее определенный допуск, то проверяют два оставшихся рассчитанных уровня для подтверждения того, что они находятся в более узком диапазоне допуска, и затем рассчитывают окончательный уровень глюкозы путем определения взвешенного среднего только этих двух близких вычисленных уровней глюкозы.
17. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.1, содержащий дополнительные шаги: увеличение счетчика каждый раз, как один из рассчитанных уровней глюкозы не попадает в допуск, и процедуру перекалибровки измерения, когда счетчик показывает заранее установленное число раз, что рассчитанный уровень глюкозы не попадал в допуск.
18. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы по п.6, содержаший дополнительные шаги: увеличение счетчика каждый раз, как один из рассчитанных уровней глюкозы не попадает в допуск, и процедуру перекалибровки измерения, когда счетчик показывает заранее установленное число раз, что рассчитанный уровень глюкозы не попадал в допуск.
19. Неинвазивный способ определения уровня глюкозы в крови, внутри тела пациента, включающий шаги:
a. неинвазивное измерение трех различных параметров тела, по которым может быть рассчитан уровень глюкозы,
b. расчет соответствующего уровня глюкозы для каждого из трех измерений,
c. расчет уровня глюкозы путем определения взвешенного среднего трех рассчитанных уровней глюкозы,
d. повторение измерений одного из параметров,
e. расчет соответствующих уровней глюкозы для измерения параметра по шагу d и
f. периодическое повторение шагов a-c для подтверждения точности вычислений уровня глюкозы.
