Claims (1)

Устройство очистки и утилизации тепла отходящих дымовых газов котельных установок, включающее установленную за котлом осадительную камеру с входным и выходным газоходами, отличающееся тем, что осадительная камера в верхней зоне снабжена вертикальной перегородкой с зубчатой кромкой, которую огибают дымовые газы, перетекающие сквозь слой воды из входного в выходной газоход; нижняя часть камеры заполнена водой с пенообразующим веществом до нижней зубчатой кромки перегородки и на этом уровне на боковой стенке камеры имеется продолговатое регулируемое отверстие для поддержания необходимого уровня воды в камере, причем ниже продолговатого отверстия установлена вспомогательная емкость с циркулирующим насосом, подающим воду к оросителю, размещенному на входном газоходе, кроме этого в нижней камере размещена система теплосъемного трубопровода, по которому циркулирует вода, предназначенная для использования тепла от нагрева воды в осадительной камере.A device for cleaning and utilizing heat from the flue gases of boiler plants, including a precipitation chamber installed behind the boiler with inlet and outlet ducts, characterized in that the precipitation chamber in the upper zone is provided with a vertical partition with a serrated edge, which is surrounded by flue gases flowing through the water layer from the inlet to the outlet flue; the lower part of the chamber is filled with water with a foaming agent to the lower serrated edge of the partition and at this level on the side wall of the chamber there is an elongated adjustable hole to maintain the required water level in the chamber, and an auxiliary tank with a circulating pump supplying water to the sprinkler placed below the oblong hole at the inlet duct, in addition, in the lower chamber there is a system of a heat removal pipe through which water is circulated for use heat from heating water in a precipitation chamber.
