1. Способ хирургического лечения плоско-вальгусной деформации стоп путем клиновидной остеотомии пяточной кости основанием кнутри и формированием продольного свода стопы посредством его вбивания в места поперечных остеотомии ладьевидной и первой клиновидной кости с фиксацией спицами и гипсовой повязкой, отличающийся тем, что производят поперечную остеотомию костей предплюсны на уровне первой клиновидной кости и формирования продольного свода стопы путем формирования клиновидного регенерата основанием кнаружи и кверху за счет тракции в аппарате внешней фиксации по 1 мм в сутки и фиксации в нем в течение 1,5 месяцев при достижении необходимой степени коррекции.1.
