Claims (6)

1. Композиция, включающая дискретные частицы экструдированного корма для домашних животных, имеющие пространственную стабильность, причем указанный корм для домашних животных содержит от нуля до менее чем 15 мас.% углеводов.
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой корм для домашних животных содержит белок в количестве от около 25 до около 70 мас.%.
3. Композиция по п.1, в которой корм для домашних животных содержит жиры в количестве от около 15 до около 70 мас.%.
4. Композиция по п.1, в которой корм для домашних животных содержит менее чем около 12% углеводов.
5. Композиция по п.1, в которой дискретные частицы удерживают жир.
6. Способ приготовления корма для домашних животных по п.1, включающий экструзию корма для домашних животных при повышенном усилии сдвига.
