Claims (6)
1. Способ гидрирования алкиларилкетонов, где указанный способ включает контактирование исходного сырья, содержащего алкиларилкетоны и от 0,5 до 30 мас.% фенольных соединений, с водородом в присутствии гетерогенного катализатора гидрирования.
2. Способ по п.1, где катализатор гидрирования содержит медь в виде металла или соединения металла.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, где исходное сырье, содержащее алкиларилкетоны, получают способом, включающим следующие стадии:
(i) контакирование исходного сырья, содержащего алкиларильные соединения, с кислородом с получением сырья, содержащего алкиларилгидропероксиды и алкиларилкетоны,
(ii) контакирование сырья, полученного на стадии (i), с алкеном в присутствии катализатора с получением реакционной смеси, содержащей алкиленоксид, алкилариловый спирт и алкиларилкетоны, и
(iii) удаление, по меньшей мере, части алкиленоксида и алкилариловых спиртов из реакционной смеси, полученной на стадии (ii), с получением сырья, содержащего алкиларилкетоны.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, где, по меньшей мере, часть фенольных соединений добавляют к исходному сырью, содержащему алкиларилкетоны.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, где указанный способ включает следующие стадии:
(a) контактирование исходного сырья, содержащего алкиларилкетоны и от 0,5 до 30 мас.% фенольных соединений, с водородом в присутствии гетерогенного катализатора гидрирования и
(b) удаление, по меньшей мере, части алкиларилового спирта, образующегося на стадии (a), из потока, содержащего фенольные соединения.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, где алкиларилкетон представляет собой ацетофенон.
