Claims (10)
1. Алюминиевая чешуйка, включающая
(А1) слой, состоящий из SiOz,
(Б) слой, состоящий из алюминия, на слое (А1) и
(А2) слой, состоящий из SiOz, на слое (Б), в которой
0,70≤z≤2,0.
2. Алюминиевая чешуйка по п.1, включающая
(В1) слой, состоящий из SiO2,
(А1) слой, состоящий из SiOy, на слое (В1),
(Б) слой, состоящий из алюминия, на слое (А1),
(А2) слой, состоящий из SiOy, на слое (Б) и
(В2) слой, состоящий из SiO2, на слое (А2), в которой
0,95≤у≤2,0.
3. Алюминиевая чешуйка, включающая
(Г1) слой, состоящий из SiO2,
(Б) слой, состоящий из алюминия, на слое (Г1) и
(Г2) слой, состоящий из SiO2, на слое (Б), в которой толщина слоя SiO2 составляет от 200 до 500 нм, предпочтительно - 200 до 350 нм.
4. Алюминиевая чешуйка по любому из пп.1-3, в которой толщина слоя (Б), состоящего из алюминия, составляет от 10 до 100 нм, предпочтительно - от 30 до 50 нм.
5. Алюминиевая чешуйка по п.1 или 2, в которой толщина слоев (А1) и (А2), состоящих из SiOz, толщина слоев (Г1) и (Г2), состоящих из SiO2, толщина слоев (Г1) и (Г2), состоящих из SiO2, толщина слоя (А1), состоящего из SiOy, и слоя (В1), состоящего из SiO2, и толщина слоя (А2), состоящего из SiOy, и слоя (В2), состоящего из SiO2, составляет от 200 до 350 нм, предпочтительно от 250 до 300 нм.
6. Пигмент на основе алюминиевых чешуек по любому из пп.1, 2, 3, 4 и 5, содержащий на слоях (А1) и (А2) или на слоях (В1) и (В2), или на слоях (Г1) и (Г2), или на всей поверхности алюминиевых чешуек слой (Д), состоящий из диэлектрического материала, обладающего ″высоким″ показателем преломления, предпочтительно из TiO2 или из углерода, предпочтительно алмазоподобного углерода.
7. Пигмент на основе алюминиевых чешуек по любому из пп.1, 2, 3, 4 и 5, содержащий на всей поверхности алюминиевых чешуек слой (Е), содержащий от 50 до 95 мас.% углерода, от 5 до 25 мас.% азота и от 0 до 25 мас.% элементов водорода, кислорода и/или серы, причем выраженные в мас.% данные приведены в пересчете на полную массу слоя (Е).
8. Пигмент по любому из п.6 или 7, в котором толщина слоя (Д) или (Е) составляет от 10 до 150 нм, предпочтительно от 30 до 70 нм.
9. Применение алюминиевых чешуек по любому из пп.1-5 в красках, электростатических покрытиях, струйной печати, косметике, покрытиях, типографских красках, пластмассах, глазурях для керамики и стекла и печатании денежных документов или применение пигментов по любому из пп.6, 7 или 8 в красках, струйной печати, косметике, покрытиях, типографских красках, пластмассах, глазурях для керамики и стекла и печатании денежных документов.
10. Композиция, содержащая алюминиевую чешуйку по любому из пп.1-5, или пигмент по любому из пп.6, 7 или 8.
