Claims (11)

1. Каталитическая композиция для гидрокрекинга, включающая необязательный металлический гидрирующий компонент, нанесенный на носитель, содержащий цеолит фожазитной структуры с размером элементарной ячейки в интервале 24,10-24,40 Е, объемным соотношением оксид кремния: оксид алюминия (SAR) около 12, и площадью поверхности, по меньшей мере, 850 м2/г согласно измерению методом BET и ASTM D 4365-95 по адсорбции азота при значении р/ро 0,03.
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой цеолит имеет размер элементарной ячейки в интервале 24,14-24, 38 Е.
3. Композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой цеолит характеризуется величиной SAR в интервале 20-100.
4. Композиция по любому из пп.1 и 2, в которой площадь поверхности цеолита составляет, по меньшей мере, 890 м2/г.
5. Композиция по любому из пп.1 и 2, в которой цеолит имеет объем микропор, по меньшей мере, 0,28 мл/г.
6. Композиция по любому из пп.1 и 2, дополнительно содержащая второй цеолит.
7. Композиция по п.6, дополнительно содержащая 1-5 мас.% цеолита бета в расчете на общее количество носителя.
8. Композиция по любому из пп.1 и 2, дополнительно содержащая связующее вещество.
9. Каталитическая композиция для гидрокрекинга, включающая необязательный металлический гидрирующий компонент, нанесенный на цеолит по п.1, которую получают способом, включающим следующие стадии:
a) приготовление исходного цеолита фожазитной структуры с соотношением между оксидом кремния и оксидом алюминия в интервале 4,5-6,5 и содержанием щелочи менее 1,5 мас.%;
b) гидротермальную обработку указанного исходного цеолита при температуре 600-850°С и парциальном давлении пара, подаваемого из внешнего источника, в интервале 0,2-1 атмосфера в течение времени, эффективного для получения промежуточного цеолита с размером элементарной ячейки 24,30-24,45 Е;
c) контактирование промежуточного цеолита с подкисляющим раствором, содержащим кислоту и необязательную соль аммония, в условиях эффективных для получения цеолита с высокой площадью поверхности, размером элементарной ячейки в интервале 24,10-24,40 Е, молярным соотношением оксид кремния/оксид алюминия выше 12 и площадью поверхности более 850 м2/г, в результате чего получают цеолит с высокой площадью поверхности; и
d) регенерацию цеолита с высокой удельной площадью поверхности;
e) необязательные смешивание указанного цеолита со связующим веществом и/или вторым крекирующим компонентом, экструзия и прокаливание; и
f) необязательное введение, по меньшей мере, одного гидрирующего компонента в указанный цеолит со стадии (d) или в катализатор на стадии (е) или после нее.
10. Способ превращения углеводородного сырья в низкокипящие материалы, заключающийся в контактировании сырья с водородом при повышенной температуре и давлении в присутствии композиционного катализатора гидрокрекинга по любому из пп.1-9.
11. Способ по п.10, осуществляемый при температуре в интервале 250-500°С и общем давлении в интервале 3·106-3·107 Па.
