Claims (10)
1. Пигмент, частицы которого обладают длиной, равной от 2 мкм до 5 мм, шириной, равной от 2 мкм до 2 мм и толщиной, равной от 50 нм до 1,5 мкм, и отношением длины к толщине, равным не менее 2:1, причем частицы имеют ядро из отражающего как металл материала, включающее две в основном параллельные стороны, расстояние между которыми является самой короткой осью ядра, включающий
(а) необязательно на одной параллельной стороне ядра слой SiOy, в котором 0,95<у≤2,0, предпочтительно 0,95<у≤1,80,
(б) на одной параллельной стороне ядра или, если имеется слой SiOy, на слое SiOy слой SiOx, в котором 0,03≤х≤0,95, предпочтительно 0,05≤х≤0,5, наиболее предпочтительно 0,10≤х≤0,30, и
(в) на слое SiOx слой SiOz, в котором 0,95<z≤2,0, предпочтительно 1,0≤z≤2,0.
2. Пигмент по п.1, включающий
(а) необязательно на одной параллельной стороне ядра слой SiOy, в котором 0,95<у≤1,80, предпочтительно 1,0≤у≤1,80, наиболее предпочтительно 1,40≤у≤1,80,
(б) на одной параллельной стороне ядра или, если имеется слой SiOy, на слое SiOy слой SiOx, в котором 0,03≤х≤0,95, предпочтительно 0,05≤х≤0,5, наиболее предпочтительно 0,10≤х≤0,30, и
(в) на слое SiOx слой SiOz, в котором 1,0<z≤2,0, предпочтительно 1,4≤z≤2,0, наиболее предпочтительно z=2,0.
3. Пигмент по п.1, в котором отражающий как металл материал выбран из группы, включающей Ag, Al, Au, Cu, Cr, Ge, Mo, Ni, Ti, Zn, их сплавы, графит, Fe2О3 и MoSz.
4. Пигмент по п.3, в котором толщина ядра равна от 20 до 100 нм, предпочтительно от 40 до 60 нм.
5. Пигмент по любому из пп.1-4, в котором толщина слоя SiOx (б) равна от 5 до 200 нм, предпочтительно от 5 до 100 нм.
6. Пигмент по любому из пп.1-4, в котором толщина слоя SiOy (а) равна от 20 до 500 нм, предпочтительно от 100 до 500 нм.
7. Способ изготовления пигмента по п.1, включающий следующие стадии:
а) осаждение из паровой фазы разделяющего вещества на носитель с получением слоя разделяющего вещества,
б) осаждение из паровой фазы слоя Al на слой разделяющего вещества,
в) необязательно, осаждение из паровой фазы слоя SiOy на слой Al,
г) осаждение из паровой фазы слоя SiOx на слой А1 или, если он имеется, на SiOy, в котором 0,95≤у≤1,80, предпочтительно 1,0≤у≤1,80, наиболее предпочтительно 1,1≤у≤1,50,
д) необязательно, осаждение из паровой фазы слоя SiOy на слой SiOx,
е) растворение слоя разделяющего вещества в растворителе,
ж) выделение из растворителя чешуек алюминия, покрытых с помощью SiOx.
8. Пигмент, получаемый способом по п.7.
9. Композиция, включающая пигмент по любому из пп.1-6 или 8.
10. Применение пигмента по любому из пп.1-6 или 8 в красках, тканях, для струйной печати, в косметике, композициях для покрытий, пластмассах, типографских красках и глазурях для керамики и стекла.
