Claims (14)

1. Способ окисления исходного вещества окислительным агентом с получением продукта, отличающийся тем, что окисление проводят в реакционном устройстве, которое содержит на нижнем конце кубовую зону, на верхнем конце головную зону и между кубовой и головной зонами реакционную зону, в реакционной зоне реакционную смесь поддерживают в состоянии кипения и, окислительный агент вводят в реакционную зону, по меньшей мере, в двух частичных потоках.
2. Способ по п.1, при котором покидающее реакционную зону, непрореагировавшее исходное вещество рециркулируют в реакционную зону.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором в качестве исходного вещества применяют линейный или циклический алкан.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором в качестве окислительного агента применяют газообразный в условиях реакции окислительный агент.
5. Способ по п.4, при котором в качестве окислительного агента применяют содержащий молекулярный кислород газ.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором окисление проводят в присутствии катализатора.
7. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором при окислении образуется вода и эту воду во время окисления забирают из реакционного устройства в реакционной зоне или в головной зоне.
8. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором способ проводят при температуре в интервале от 10 до 300°С, измеренной в реакционной зоне.
9. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором в качестве реакционного устройства применяют ректификационную колонну.
10. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором исходное вещество окисляют циркуляционным газом, обогащаемым окислительным агентом.
11. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором содержащую продукт реакционную смесь забирают под реакционной зоной.
12. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором кипящий при более высокой температуре реагент, выбранный из группы, включающей окислительный агент и исходный продукт, подают в реакционное устройство поверх кипящего при более низкой температуре реагента, выбранного из группы, включающей окислительный агент и исходное вещество.
13. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором в качестве исходного вещества применяют циклогексан.
14. Способ по п.1 или 2, при котором циклогексан окисляют воздухом, реакционную смесь непрерывно забирают в кубовой зоне реакционного устройства и непрореагировавший циклогексан и воду непрерывно отделяют в головной зоне, циклогексан и воду разделяют с помощью фазоотделителя и полученный таким образом циклогексан подводят в качестве возвратного продукта к головной зоне реакционного устройства.
