Claims (9)
1. Микропористый кристаллический цеолит (UZM-4M), обладающий трехмерной решеткой из по крайней мере тетраэдрических звеньев AlO2 и SiO2 и составом (на безводной основе), выраженным эмпирической формулой
Mla n+Al1-xExSiyOz,
где Ml является по меньшей мере одним способным к обмену катионом, выбираемым из группы, включающей щелочные металлы, щелочноземельные металлы, редкоземельные металлы, ион водорода, аммониевый ион и их смеси, а является мольным отношением Ml к (Al+Е) и имеет значения от 0,15 до 1,5, n является средневзвешенной валентностью Ml и имеет значения от 1 до 3, Е обозначает элемент, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из галлия, железа, бора, хрома, индия и их смесей, х обозначает молярную долю Е и имеет значения от 0 до 0,5, у является мольным отношением Si к (Al+Е) и имеет значения от 1,75 до 500 и z является мольным отношением О к (Al+Е) и имеет значение, определяемое уравнением:
z=[а·n+3+(4·у)]/2,
отличающийся тем, что он обладает рентгенограммой, имеющей по меньшей мере d-периоды и интенсивности, представленные в таблице А
2. Цеолит по п.1, отличающийся тем, что является термически устойчивым до температуры по меньшей мере 400°С.
3. Цеолит по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что Ml из выбирают из группы, включающей литий, натрий, цезий стронций барий калий, ион водорода, ион аммония и их смеси.
4. Цеолит по любому из п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что Ml является смесью редкоземельного металла и иона водорода.
5. Способ получения микропористого кристаллического цеолита UZM-4M, заявленного по любому из п.1, или 2, или 3, или 4, отличающийся тем, что включает обработку исходного микропористого кристаллического цеолита раствором или суспензией фторсиликата аммония с рН от 3 до 7 с получением микропористого кристаллического цеолита UZM-4M, где исходный цеолит имеет состав на безводной основе, выраженной эмпирической формулой
M’m,n+Rr’p+Al1-xExSiyOz, (III)
где m является мольным отношением М к (Al+Е) и имеет значения от 0 до 1,5, М’ является по меньшей мере одним пригодным для обмена катионом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из щелочных металлов, щелочноземельных металлов, редкоземельных металлов, ионов водорода, аммониевого иона и их смесей, R является по меньшей мере одним органическим катионом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из протонированных аминов, четвертичных аммониевых ионов, дичетвертичных аммониевых ионов, протонированных алканоламинов и кватернизированных алканоламмониевых ионов, r обозначает мольное отношение R к (Al+Е) и имеет значения от 0 до 1,5, р является средневзвешенной валентностью R и имеет значение от 1 до 2, Е означает элемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из галлия, железа, бора, хрома, индия и их смесей, х обозначает молярную долю Е и имеет значения от 0 до 0,5, у обозначает отношение Si к (Al+Е) и имеет значения от 1,5 до 10,0 и z является мольным отношением О к (Al+Е) и определяется уравнением
z=[m·n+r·р+3+4·у)]/2.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что модифицированный цеолит дополнительно обрабатывают одним или более методами, выбранными из пропарки, прокаливания и ионного обмена, причем обработка выполняется в любой последовательности.
7. Способ превращения углеводородов, отличающийся тем, что вводят в контакт углеводороды с каталитическим композитом в условиях конверсии углеводородов с образованием продукта превращения, в котором каталитический композит включает микропористый кристаллический цеолит, заявленный в любом из пп.1, 2, 3 или 4.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что превращения углеводородов осуществляют методом, выбранным из группы, включающем гидрокрекинг, гидроизомеризацию парафинов, изомеризацию ксилола, трансалкилирование ароматических углеводородов, диспропорционирование ароматических углеводородов, алкилирование ароматических углеводородов и изомеризацию парафинов.
9. Способ разделения смеси молекулярных частиц, отличающийся тем, что вводят в контакт смесь с микропористым кристаллическим цеолитом UZM-4M, заявленным по любому из пп.1, 2, 3 или 4, с отделением от смеси, по меньшей мере, одного типа молекул.
