Claims (14)
1. Диспергируемая в воде композиция сшивающего агента, содержащая
А) по меньшей мере один блокированный и гидрофилированный полиизоцианат,
Б) по меньшей мере один стабилизатор, содержащий
а) по меньшей мере один амин со структурным звеном общей формулы (I)
который не имеет ни одной гидразидной группы,
б) по меньшей мере одно соединение со структурным звеном общей формулы (II)
в) в случае необходимости один отличный от а) и б) стабилизирующий компонент, а также
В) в случае необходимости органический растворитель.
2. Диспергируемая в воде композиция сшивающего агента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что компонент А) - это продукт реакции по меньшей мере одного органического полиизоцианата А1) с изоцианатными группами, связанными с алифатическим, циклоалифатическим, аралифатическим и/или ароматическим остатком, одного ионного или потенциально ионного и/или неионного соединения А2) и блокирующего средства A3).
3. Диспергируемая в воде композиция сшивающего агента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в компоненте А) содержание изоцианатных групп (неблокированных и блокированных) составляет 5,0-27,0 вес.%.
4. Диспергируемая в воде композиция сшивающего агента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что изоцианатные группы компонента А) не менее чем на 50% существуют в блокированном виде.
5. Диспергируемая в воде композиция сшивающего агента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит от 0,1 до 11,0 вес.% амина а) со структурным звеном формулы (I), от 0,1 до 11,0 вес.% соединения б) со структурным звеном формулы (II) и в случае надобности от 0 до 5,0 вес.% другого, отличающегося от а) и б) стабилизатора в), причем данные относятся к общему содержанию твердых веществ в композиции сшивающего агента.
6. Диспергируемая в воде композиция сшивающего агента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что амин а) - это соединение формулы (III)
7. Диспергируемая в воде композиция сшивающего агента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что соединение б) - это соединение формулы (IV)
8. Содержащая водный раствор или дисперсию композиция сшивающего агента по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что раствор или дисперсия содержит от 10 до 70 вес.% твердой фазы.
9. Водный раствор или дисперсия по п.8, отличающиеся тем, что раствор или дисперсия содержит меньше чем 15 вес.% компонента В) от общей композиции.
10. Способ приготовления средств для покрытий, отличающийся тем, что используется композиция сшивающего агента по п.1.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что в качестве связующего используются полиуретановые и/или полиакрилатные дисперсии или гибридные полиуретаново-полиакрилатные дисперсии.
12. Применение композиции сшивающего агента по п.1 в шлихте для стекловолокон.
13. Средство для покрытий, содержащее композицию сшивающего агента по п.1.
14. Стекловолокна, покрытые средством для покрытий, содержащим композицию сшивающего агента по п.1.
