Claims (1)

Экспрессный способ групповой идентификации микроорганизмов, включающий в себя приготовление проб к анализу и проведение их микроскопирования, отличающийся тем, что с целью обеспечения идентификации разных групп микроорганизмов, снижения трудоемкости, исключения использования спецлабораторий, спецоборудования и приборов, снижение числа используемых реактивов и посуды, повышения чувствительности групповую идентификацию микроорганизмов осуществляют путем добавления к анализируемой пробе хемилюминесцентного состава, содержащего 0,1-0,8%-ный раствор люминола в щелочи с рН 9-13,8, в 100 см3 которого добавлено 0,3-1,0 см3 30%-ной перекиси водорода, а измерения параметров кинетики хемилюминесценции проводят с помощью анализатора жидкостей хемилюминесцентного ЛИК, по значениям которых определяют принадлежность микроорганизмов к группе бактерий, дрожжей или микроскопических грибов.An express method for group identification of microorganisms, which includes preparing samples for analysis and microscopy, characterized in that in order to ensure the identification of different groups of microorganisms, reduce labor intensity, exclude the use of special laboratories, special equipment and devices, reduce the number of reagents and utensils used, increase sensitivity group identification of microorganisms is carried out by adding to the analyzed sample a chemiluminescent composition containing 0.1 -0.8% solution of luminol in alkali with a pH of 9-13.8, in 100 cm 3 of which 0.3-1.0 cm 3 of 30% hydrogen peroxide is added, and the parameters of the chemiluminescence kinetics are measured using an analyzer chemiluminescent VCI liquids, the values of which determine the belonging of microorganisms to a group of bacteria, yeast or microscopic fungi.
