Способ получения пористого поливинилформаля, характеризующийся химическим модифицированием водорастворимых высокомолекулярных соединений, преимущественно водного раствора поливинилового спирта, посредством сшивающего агента и минеральной кислоты, при этом водный раствор высокомолекулярного соединения нагревают до температуры 80-90°С при постоянном механическом перемешивании, после чего в него добавляют холодный водный раствор крахмала и образовавшуюся смесь охлаждают до температуры 30-40°С, продолжая процесс перемешивания в течение 25-30 мин, затем в полученный раствор вливают сшивающий агент и через 20-30 мин - минеральную кислоту, полученную массу полимера выливают форму и выдерживают не менее 6 ч при температуре 50-72°С, после чего сформировавшийся материал с ячеистой структурой извлекают из формы, отмывают и затем высушивают при температуре 25-30°С.1.
