Claims (8)
1. Фиксирующее устройство (1) для фиксации двух частей (18, 19) кости относительно друг друга, содержащее две фиксирующие пластины (2, 3), каждая из которых имеет отверстия (9) для вмещения в них средства крепления, такого как винты (12), для прикрепления указанной фиксирующей пластины к указанной части кости, а также соединительное средство для фиксации указанных фиксирующих деталей относительно друг друга, причем указанное соединительное средство содержит первую соединительную деталь, соединенную с первой фиксирующей пластиной, и вторую соединительную деталь, которая соединена со второй фиксирующей пластиной, при этом указанные первая и вторая соединительные детали выполнены с возможностью их скользящего перемещения и фиксирования относительно друг друга, в котором первая соединительная деталь содержит две отделенные друг от друга интервалом закраины (6) для вмещения между ними шипообразной второй соединительной детали (5), отличающееся тем, что указанная вторая соединительная деталь выполнена с возможностью ей раздвигания, чтобы быть зажатой между указанными закраинами.
2. Фиксирующее устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что указанные фиксирующие пластины содержат втулкообразную часть (10), которая выступает из указанных фиксирующих пластин и имеет канал (11), первый диаметр которого соосен с отверстием (9) в указанной пластине, имеющей второй, больший диаметр.
3. Фиксирующее устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что указанная втулкообразная часть имеет винтовую головку (16).
4. Фиксирующее устройство по п.2 или 3, отличающееся тем, что центральные оси втулкообразных частей двух фиксирующих пластин проходят друг к другу в направлении свободных концов винтов.
5. Фиксирующее устройство по любому из пп.2-4, отличающееся тем, что втулкообразная часть сужается конически на внешней поверхности к своему свободному концу.
6. Фиксирующее устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере два отверстия, имеющие втулкообразную часть, выполнены на фиксирующей пластине, при этом указанные отверстия не выравнены относительно центральной оси, которая соединяет указанные две фиксирующие пластины в установленном состоянии, при этом центральные оси указанных каналов расположены под некоторым углом относительно друг друга в плоскости, перпендикулярной центральной оси, которая соединяет указанные две фиксирующие пластины в установленном состоянии.
7. Комплект, содержащий фиксирующее устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов в комбинации с п.2, и винты (12) для его прикрепления, причем указанные винты содержат головку, диаметр которой несколько меньше указанного второго диаметра указанного отверстия для их вмещения.
8. Комплект по п.7, отличающийся тем, что указанные винты имеют первую винтовую резьбу (14) вблизи головки с относительно крупным внутренним диаметром резьбы и вторую винтовую резьбу (15) вблизи их свободного конца, с относительно меньшим диаметром.
