Claims (20)
1. Реактор для полимеризации олефинов, включающий резервуар, имеющий, по крайней мере, три боковые стенки и дно, вместе образующие внутреннюю часть резервуара; по крайней мере, одну пластину теплообменника, соединенную посредством жидкости с источником охладителя; и крышку, имеющую наружную и внутреннюю поверхность, вдоль которой располагается, по крайней мере, одна пластина теплообменника.
2. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.1, и имеющий четыре стенки.
3. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.2, в котором каждая из четырех боковых стенок может иметь квадратную форму, характеризующуюся наличием длины и высоты.
4. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.2, в котором две из четырех боковых стенок имеют длину не менее двух футов и высоту не менее двух футов; и другие две из четырех боковых стенок имеют длину не менее трех футов и высоту не менее двух футов.
5. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.4, в котором крышка имеет прямоугольную форму, характеризующуюся наличием длины и ширины; при этом длина составляет не менее трех футов, а ширина - не менее двух футов.
6. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.1, в котором крышка имеет, по крайней мере, две пластины теплообменника.
7. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.6, в котором каждая, по крайней мере, из двух пластин теплообменника располагается на расстоянии не менее трех дюймов одна от другой.
8. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.1, кроме того, включающий, по крайней мере, один впускной коллектор для охладителя, соединенный посредством жидкости с источником охладителя, и, по крайней мере, один выпускной коллектор, соединенный посредством жидкости с источником охладителя.
9. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.8, кроме того, включающий, по крайней мере, одну впускную трубку для охладителя, по крайней мере, с одним впускным коллектором для охладителя, соединенную посредством жидкости с каждой (по крайней мере, с одной) из пластин теплообменника, и, по крайней мере, одну выпускную трубку для охладителя, по крайней мере, с одним выпускным коллектором для охладителя, соединенную посредством жидкости с каждой (по крайней мере, с одной) из пластин теплообменника.
10. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.1, в котором крышка имеет расположенный вдоль внутренней поверхности держатель пластин, служащий для крепления каждой (по крайней мере, одной) из пластин теплообменника к внутренней поверхности крышки.
11. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.1, в котором каждая (по крайней мере, одна) из пластин теплообменника соединена посредством жидкости с впускной трубкой для охладителя и с выпускной трубкой для охладителя.
12. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.11, в котором каждая из впускных трубок для охладителя соединена посредством жидкости с впускным коллектором для охладителя, и каждая из выпускных трубок для охладителя соединена посредством жидкости с выпускным коллектором для охладителя.
13. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.12, в котором впускной коллектор для охладителя и выпускной коллектор для охладителя соединены посредством жидкости с источником охладителя.
14. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.1, в котором резервуар включает четыре стенки, характеризующиеся наличием длины, составляющей не менее четырех футов, и ширины, составляющей не менее двух футов.
15. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.1, в котором на внутренней поверхности крышки может располагаться, по крайней мере, шесть пластин теплообменника.
16. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.1, в котором каждая (по крайней мере, одна) из пластин теплообменника снабжена съемной пленкой.
17. Реактор для полимеризации олефинов, включающий резервуар, имеющий, по крайней мере, три боковые стенки и дно, вместе образующие внутреннюю часть резервуара; теплообменник с держателем пластин, впускной коллектор для охладителя, соединенный посредством жидкости с источником охладителя, по крайней мере, одну впускную трубку для охладителя, соединенную посредством жидкости, по крайней мере, с одной пластиной теплообменника, по крайней мере, одну выпускную трубку для охладителя, соединенную посредством жидкости с каждой (по крайней мере, с одной) из пластин теплообменника и соединенную посредством жидкости с выпускным коллектором, выпускной коллектор, соединенный посредством жидкости с источником охладителя; и крышку, имеющую наружную и внутреннюю поверхность, вдоль которой располагается, по крайней мере, одна пластина теплообменника.
18. Реактор для полимеризации, указанный в п.17, в котором реактор для полимеризации включает четыре боковых стенки, две из четырех боковых стенок имеют длину не менее двух футов и высоту не менее двух футов, другие две из четырех боковых стенок имеют длину не менее трех футов и высоту не менее двух футов, крышка имеет прямоугольную форму, характеризующуюся наличием длины и ширины; при этом длина составляет не менее трех футов, а ширина - не менее двух футов.
19. Метод полимеризации, включающий следующие этапы соединение, по крайней мере, одного мономера, по крайней мере, с одним катализатором в резервуаре с образованием реакционной смеси для полимеризации, при этом резервуар имеет, по крайней мере, три боковые стенки и дно, вместе образующие внутреннюю часть резервуара; помещение, по крайней мере, одной пластины теплообменника, имеющей полость, соединенную посредством жидкости с источником охладителя, во внутреннюю часть резервуара, обеспечив, таким образом, контакт с реакционной смесью для полимеризации; и удаление, по крайней мере, одной пластины теплообменника из реакционной смеси по прошествии времени, достаточного для того, чтобы большая часть, по крайней мере, одного мономера превратилась в полимер.
20. Метод полимеризации, указанный в п.19, включающий, кроме того, этап покрытия съемной пленкой каждой (по крайней мере, одной) из пластин теплообменника перед помещением, по крайней мере, одной пластины теплообменника во внутреннюю часть резервуара.
