Claims (29)
1. Протез стопы, содержащий
продольно проходящий киль стопы,
соединительный элемент, присоединенный к килю стопы,
упругий вертикально стоящий стержень голени, включающий в себя направленный вниз, обращенный вперед выгнуто изогнутый нижний конец, который присоединен к килю стопы посредством соединительного элемента для образования области голеностопного сочленения стопы, и верхний конец для соединения с опорной структурой на нижней конечности лица, перенесшего ампутацию нижней конечности, в котором соединительный элемент включает в себя упругий материал, образующий сочленение, которое обеспечивает возможность закрытого кинетического цепного движения протеза стопы при ходьбе, причем сочленение имеет ось сочленения, ориентированную для обеспечения возможности движения стопы вокруг оси сочленения, которая находится, по меньшей мере, первоначально во фронтальной и поперечной плоскостях.
2. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором ось сочленения при проекции на сагиттальную плоскость составляет угол в пределах диапазона от 25 до 42° относительно поперечной плоскости.
3. Протез стопы по п.2, содержащий средство для изменения угла наклона, который составляет ось сочленения при проекции на сагиттальную плоскость относительно поперечной плоскости.
4. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором ось сочленения ориентирована также для обеспечения возможности движения стопы вокруг оси сочленения в сагиттальной плоскости.
5. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором ось сочленения проходит от задней, подошвенной и латеральной стороны к передней, дорзальной и медиальной стороне.
6. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором ось сочленения при проекции на поперечную плоскость повернута наружу под углом в пределах диапазона от 16 до 23° относительно продольной оси стопы.
7. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором медиальная и латеральная стороны поверхности соединительного элемента по оси сочленения выполнены вогнуто изогнутыми для передачи и поглощения сил при движении стопы вокруг оси сочленения.
8. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором сочленение выполнено с возможностью имитации подтаранного сустава для обеспечения возможности протезу стопы функционировать как стопа человека.
9. Протез стопы по п.1, дополнительно содержащий регулируемое крепежное устройство для обеспечения возможности регулировки совмещения стержня голени и киля стопы относительно друг друга в продольном направлении стопы для регулировки функции протеза стопы.
10. Протез стопы по п.9, в котором регулируемое крепежное устройство содержит, по меньшей мере, один разъединяемый крепеж, соединяющий соединительный элемент и киль стопы, и продольно проходящее отверстие в киле стопы, через которое проходит крепеж, для обеспечения возможности указанной регулировки совмещения соединительного элемента и стержня голени.
11. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором верхний конец стержня голени представляет собой прямой вертикальный верхний конец.
12. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором выпукло изогнутый нижний конец стержня голени имеет радиус кривизны, который увеличивается по мере того, как стержень голени проходит вверх от изогнутого нижнего конца.
13. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором нижний конец стержня голени в целом спрофилирован в форме параболы с наименьшим радиусом ее кривизны, расположенным на нижнем конце, и проходит вверх и первоначально спереди от него.
14. Протез стопы по п.13, в котором обращенная назад вогнутость образована изгибом стержня голени и имеет поверхность с множеством образованных на ней продольно проходящих бороздок и ребер для содействия упругому сжатию стержня голени при одновременном сопротивлении его растяжению в ответ на силы, действующие на стержень голени во время использования протеза стопы.
15. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором соединительный элемент объединен в единый блок, по меньшей мере, с одним из киля стопы и стержня голени.
16. Протез стопы по п.1, в котором соединительный элемент связан с каждым из киля стопы и стержня голени для присоединения нижнего конца стержня голени к килю стопы.
17. Протез стопы, содержащий
продольно проходящий киль стопы,
стержень голени, фиксированный к килю стопы и проходящий вверх от него посредством обращенной вперед выпукло изогнутой части стержня голени, причем стержень голени и киль стопы имеют соответствующие, обращенные друг к другу, выпукло изогнутые поверхности, радиусы и соотношение которых воздействуют на динамическую характеристику и достигаемое в результате движение протеза стопы при ходьбе, и
регулируемое крепежное устройство, фиксирующее стержень голени к килю стопы, причем крепежное устройство обеспечивает возможность регулировки соотношения соответствующих выпукло изогнутых поверхностей киля стопы и стержня голени для регулировки функции протеза стопы.
18. Протез стопы по п.17, в котором стержень голени фиксирован к килю стопы посредством соединительного элемента.
19. Протез стопы по п.18, в котором соединительный элемент содержит упругий материал, формирующий сочленение, имеющее ось сочленения, ориентированную для обеспечения возможности движения стопы вокруг оси сочленения, которая, по меньшей мере, первоначально находится во фронтальной и поперечной плоскостях.
20. Протез стопы по п.19, в котором ось сочленения при проекции на сагиттальную плоскость составляет угол в пределах диапазона от 25 до 42° относительно поперечной плоскости.
21. Протез стопы по п.19, содержащий средство для изменения угла наклона, который составляет ось сочленения при проекции на сагиттальную плоскость относительно поперечной плоскости.
22. Протез стопы по п.19, в котором ось сочленения ориентирована также для обеспечения возможности движения стопы вокруг оси сочленения в сагиттальной плоскости.
23. Протез стопы по п.19, в котором ось сочленения проходит от задней, подошвенной и латеральной стороны к передней, дорзальной и медиальной стороне.
24. Протез стопы по п.19, в котором ось сочленения при проекции на поперечную плоскость повернута наружу под углом в пределах диапазона от 16 до 23° относительно продольной оси стопы.
25. Протез стопы по п.19, в котором медиальная и латеральная боковые поверхности соединительного элемента по оси сочленения вогнуто изогнуты для передачи и поглощения сил при движении стопы вокруг оси сочленения.
26. Протез стопы по п.19, в котором сочленение выполнено с возможностью имитации подтаранного сустава для обеспечения возможности протезу стопы функционировать как стопа человека.
27. Протез стопы по п.17, в котором соответствующие выпукло изогнутые поверхности включают в себя дорзальную поверхность среднего отдела стопы киля стопы и обращенную вниз и вперед поверхность стержня голени.
28. Протез стопы по п.17, в котором регулируемое крепежное устройство содержит, по меньшей мере, один разъединяемый крепеж и продольно проходящее отверстие в киле стопы, через которое проходит крепеж, для обеспечения возможности регулировки совмещения стержня голени и киля стопы в продольном направлении киля стопы.
29. Протез стопы по п.17, в котором нижний конец стержня голени в целом спрофилирован в форме параболы с наименьшим радиусом ее кривизны, расположенным на нижнем конце, и проходит вверх и первоначально впереди от него.
