Claims (5)
1. Способ получения очищающей композиции для личного пользования, обладающей желательными увлажняющими свойствами, включающий:
(1) получение структурированного жидкого очищающего средства, содержащего 5-35 мас.% композиции поверхностно-активного вещества и имеющего вязкость, превышающую 200 Ст при измерении при 0,1 с-1 при 30°С;
(2) отдельное перемешивание масла и необязательно полимера с получением масла или смеси масло/полимер с вязкостью, превышающей 3000 сСт, при 30°С при 1,0 с-1;
(3) примешивание или инжектирование 1-30 мас.% масла или смеси масло/полимер к 70-99 мас.% упомянутого структурированного жидкого очищающего средства для получения капель масла или масла/полимера с размером, превышающим 100 мкм; и
(4) пропускание композиции стадии 3 через фильтр с отверстиями, превышающими 30 мкм, для получения конечных продуктов;
где размер частиц на стадии (3) превышает размер отверстий фильтра, используемого на стадии (4),
где упомянутая структурированная жидкость может суспендировать капли масла размером 20 мкм без фазового разделения при комнатной температуре в течение более чем 3 месяцев.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором вязкость структурированной жидкости превышает 400 Ст.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором вязкость смеси масло/полимер превышает 10000 сСт при 30°С при 1,0 с-1.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором инжектируют 5-25% смеси масло/полимер.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором размер отверстий в фильтре превышает 50 мкм.
