Claims (11)
1. Диспергируемый сухой порошок для доставки в легкие, отличающийся тем, что содержит терапевтически эффективное количество терапевтического средства в комбинации с частицей аэрогеля, которая является растворимой в легочном сурфактанте человека.
2. Порошок по п.1, отличающийся тем, что частицу аэрогеля получают путем сверхкритической сушки при температуре, меньшей, чем 40°C.
3. Порошок по п.1, отличающийся тем, что частица аэрогеля содержит поры размером примерно от 1 до 100 нм.
4. Порошок по п.1, отличающийся тем, что частица аэрогеля имеет площадь поверхности примерно от 100 до 1200 м2/г.
5. Порошок по п.1, отличающийся тем, что частица аэрогеля имеет плотность примерно от 0,01 до 0,001 г/см3.
6. Порошок по п.1, отличающийся тем, что частица аэрогеля имеет размер от субмикронного вплоть до 3 мкм.
7. Порошок по п.1, отличающийся тем, что частица аэрогеля является носителем, выбранным из группы, состоящей из сахаров и углеводов.
8. Порошок по п.1, отличающийся совместным гелеобразованием терапевтического средства с гелеобразующим материалом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из сахаров и углеводов.
9. Порошок по п.1, отличающийся стадиями (i) получения пористых гелей из материала носителя, который является растворимым в легочном сурфактанте; (ii) вымачивания пористых гелей в растворе терапевтического средства; (iii) удаления растворителя и образования аэрогелей путем сверхкритической сушки и (iv) измельчения аэрогелей.
10. Порошок по п.1, отличающийся тем, что терапевтическое средство представляет собой инсулин, метадон или налтрексон.
11. Способ лечения болезненного состояния, дающего реакцию на лечение терапевтическим средством, отличающийся легочным введением нуждающемуся в этом субъекту физиологически эффективного количества диспергируемого сухого порошка по любому из пп.1-10.
