Способ извлечения ванадия из ванадийсодержащих материалов, включающий выщелачивание ванадия минеральной кислотой из исходного материала, взятого в виде пульпы при рН 2,5-4,0 и температуре 20-60°С, фильтрацию для отделения отвала и его промывку с получением предгидролизного раствора, введение в него минеральной кислоты до рН 1,4-1,6 и осаждение пятиокиси ванадия, отличающийся тем, что перед выщелачиванием ванадия из исходного материала минеральной кислотой в пульпу добавляют оксалатсодержащие соединения и выщелачивание проводят с расходом 2-15 г/л оксалат-ионов, а перед введением в предгидролизный раствор минеральной кислоты его обрабатывают гидрооксидами и/или карбонатами, и/или оксидами щелочноземельных металлов до рН 3,6-4,9, выдерживают при перемешивании 20-60 мин с последующим отделением осадка.1.
