Claims (1)

Способ анестезии при травматочных операциях на органах брюшной полости у онкологических больных, включающий внутривенную анестезию в сочетании с эпидуральной анестезией с введением тест дозы на фоне искусственной вентиляции легких, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно перед анестезией вводят кристаллоиды в объеме 5-7 мл/кг, при эпидуральной анестезии вводят две тест дозы по 3 и 5 мл 0,5% анекаина соответственно и затем основную дозу 0,5% анекаина 1 мг/кг, с учетом тест доз, не превышая разовой дозы в 100мг в комбинации с 1% морфином гидрохлорида 0,5мл, затем через 7-10 мин осуществляют завершающую премедикацию введением внутривенно в дозе 0,01 мг/кг 0,1% атропина, через 1-2 мин осуществляют внутривенное введение кетамина 0,5% 2,5 мг/кг в сочетании с сибазоном 10 мг в качестве вводного наркоза, с последующей поддерживающей дозой кетамина -1,5 мг/кг·ч с сибазоном 0,14 мг/кг·ч микроструйно.The method of anesthesia for traumatic operations on the abdominal organs in cancer patients, including intravenous anesthesia in combination with epidural anesthesia with the introduction of a dose test against mechanical ventilation, characterized in that crystalloids in the amount of 5-7 ml / kg are additionally administered before anesthesia, two test doses of 3 and 5 ml of 0.5% anecaine are administered epidurally, respectively, and then the main dose of 0.5% anecaine is 1 mg / kg, taking into account the test doses, not exceeding a single dose of 100 mg in combination with 1% morphine hydrochloride 0 5m l, then after 7-10 minutes the final premedication is carried out by administering intravenously at a dose of 0.01 mg / kg 0.1% atropine, after 1-2 minutes the ketamine is administered intravenously 0.5% 2.5 mg / kg in combination with sibazon 10 mg as an anesthetic, followed by a maintenance dose of ketamine -1.5 mg / kg · h with sibazon 0.14 mg / kg · h micro-jet.
