Claims (10)
1. Медицинское диагностическое устройство для измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества в биологической жидкости и ее свойств, содержащее входное отверстие для ввода пробы биологической жидкости в устройство, первый капиллярный канал для перемещения пробы от входного отверстия к точке ответвления, капиллярный соединительный канал для перемещения первой части пробы от точки ответвления через зону измерения, в которой измеряется физический параметр пробы, соответствующий концентрации анализируемого вещества в жидкости или ее свойства, к первому стопорному соединению, капиллярный перепускной канал для перемещения второй части пробы в первом направлении от первого участка, проксимального к точке ответвления, к переливному участку, дистальному к точке ответвления, при этом первый участок имеет определенный размер капилляра во втором направлении, перпендикулярном к первому направлению, второе стопорное соединение в перепускном канале, содержащее граничный участок, который разделяет первый и переливной участки, имеет второй заданный размер во втором направлении, больший, чем размер капилляра, и образует угол, который заострен к первой области, посредством чего любая избыточная проба, которая входит во входное отверстие для подачи пробы, будет проходить через второе стопорное соединение в переливной участок.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит всасывающее устройство, сообщающееся по жидкости с первым и вторым стопорными соединениями, для втягивания пробы из входного отверстия для пробы к стопорным соединениям.
3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что содержит первый слой и второй слой, по меньшей мере один из которых имеет упругую область на по меньшей мере части своей поверхности, разделенные промежуточным слоем, при этом вырезы в слоях образуют вместе со слоями входное отверстие для пробы, первый канал, соединительный канал, зону измерения и перепускной канал, а всасывающее устройство содержит полость, которая является дистальной от входного отверстия для пробы, содержит по меньшей мере часть упругой области, и имеет объем, который по меньшей мере равен суммарному объему первого канала, зоны измерения, соединительного канала и перепускного канала, первое и второе стопорные соединения содержат совмещающиеся отверстия в первом, втором и промежуточных слоях, между которыми размещены третий и четвертый слои.
4. Устройство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере первый или второй слой выполнены прозрачными вблизи зоны измерения, при этом физическим параметром, который измеряют, является величина оптического пропускания.
5. Устройство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что физический параметр пробы подвергается изменению в зоне измерения.
6. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что зона измерения содержит состав, который способствует свертыванию крови, биологической жидкостью является цельная кровь и измеряемым свойством является протромбиновое время.
7. Устройство по п.6, отличающееся тем, что указанный состав содержит тромбопластин.
8. Устройство по п.6, отличающееся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере один дополнительный жидкостной канал от точки ответвления к полости, при этом каждый альтернативный путь содержит соответствующую зону измерения и стопорное соединение.
9. Устройство по п.8, отличающееся тем, что первый альтернативный путь является путем к зоне измерения, которая нейтрализует действие антикоагулянта, а второй альтернативный путь является путем к зоне измерения, которая частично нейтрализует действие антикоагулянта.
10. Устройство по п.9, отличающееся тем, что зона измерения в первом альтернативном пути содержит тромбопластин, элюат бовина и рекомбинант фактор УПа, а зона измерения во втором альтернативном пути содержит тромбопластин и элюат бовина.
